The staff was very helpful and friendly.They accepted Subway coupons which not all do.I will be back with or without coupons. They are located on Fullerton Ave. About 5 blocks west of Addison Rd. In
I haven t been here in about 8 mos., but the service went downhill.When I got there, no one was there. The only employee was out side taking a break. I waited 5 to 7 minutes for him to come back. Then I ordered 2 tuna subs. There wasn't much tuna left in the container so instead of getting more, he gave me half scoops in the spoon. It was mostly mayonnaise. I mentioned that to him and he simply asked what else I'd like on the sandwich. If I wasn't so hungry after...
Overall not a bad place, but very understaffed. I was picking up a doordash order here and there was only one person working everything. Kudos to the employee. Due to working alone, he was a little backed up in orders but was very polite and professional.
