Tacos El Tio Reviews
Terrible customer service. I ordered through Uber Eats and got the buy one get one free 2 taco dinner as advertised on Uber for me and my guest. Got one taco dinner. Called the store and was spoken rudely by a woman who could hardly speak English. Then put on hold and hung up on after 15 minutes. Called back repeatedly for over an hour and was sent to Voicemail which was full. They knew my number and kept rejecting the call. How can you send calls to Voicemail for an hour when...read full review
Definitivamente NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR.
Mejor vallan al Taco about it, junto Al Marcus cinema, estan mas sabrosos.

Tacos El Tio is a Mexican restaurant known for its solid portions and flavorful food. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, with tacos being a highlight—especially the steak and al pastor tacos, which many customers find unreal and worth trying. The homemade salsas add to the enjoyable experience, and the tortillas are often praised for their quality. The quesabirrias come with broth served in a cup, adding a unique touch. While the food generally receives positive comments for taste and generous servings, some note that the rice can be bland and flavorless.
Service is polite, though some reviews mention it can be slow, especially since the restaurant is still establishing itself. Customers appreciate the friendly staff despite occasional delays. Pricing is a common point of discussion; many agree that the prices are high, with some paying over $18 for just a few tacos, rice, beans, and a soda. While the menu prices are displayed, some feel the cost is not always justified by the quality or portion size. A few reviews also mention issues with billing accuracy and the website, suggesting ordering by menu or phone might be better.
Overall, Tacos El Tio offers great tacos with authentic flavors and good service, but potential diners should be mindful of the prices and possible wait times.
