Ordered online, food was supposed to be ready at 12:20. At 12:25 I was told it was going to take another 15 min

A bit of a waiting time, but the food is solid. Quesabirrias come with the broth in a cup.

Solid portions, very polite workers, tastes good. Just try to order via the menu or over the phone, the website needs some fixing. Recommended either way!

I was just there around 3 PM. I shouldn’t know better there was no one in the restaurant now I know why the Food is straight up garbage I will never even fit this to my dog I love my dog too much never mind I wouldn’t even fit this to the raccoons in the backyard. If you appreciate your money and your health don’t even bother coming to the restaurant unless you like to be in the toilet for the rest of the night is straight up garbage

Party of 2,
We came around 6pm and the place was pretty empty .
The girl came over and dropped off the menus and right away asked if we wanted something to drink. We waited around 15 minutes before she came back and asked for our order and forgot our drinks that’ she came back and asked once again what drinks we wanted .
Ps the drinks takes overly sweeten and to add to that they probably use thickener to make them look natural .
Prices are high and services is bad .
For a new establishment with multiple locations we assumed they would be more efficient and learn to improve but it seems they only cut corners where it matters

I’m honestly surprised a place with so many locations can’t get the basics right. We drove 20 minutes home only to realize they gave us the wrong order, so we had to waste another 20 minutes going back just to fix a mistake they should’ve caught in the first place.

Between my experience and the fact that they’re already sitting at a 2.9 rating, it’s clear this location needs some serious training and management attention. There are plenty of taco places around and this one isn’t worth the headache.

Great food! Stopped for dinner after shopping and was very pleased with the food. Their steak and al pastor tacos were unreal and their homemade salsas are cherry on top! We will definitely be back!

For those saying it’s too expensive, everything is…don’t give a business a low rating for their prices that are displayed on their menu. Look before you go or be mindful when ordering.

No organization or customer service over priced! No quality control the meat is not quality meat. Definitely not the best in town!

Prices, were absolutely, utterly ridiculous. I could have sat down at La Hacienda with a waiter and paid less.
1 adult , 2 kids costs me $78 bucks with the tip.
And being in addison, a new taco joint, you gotta come with the heat. This food was mid. Addison has some fire places...I dont see these guys lasting.
Never ever go there again.

tacos were great, but it's so overpriced that i probably won't go back. $18.35 for 3 tacos, rice and beans, and a can of soda. would be a good option at $15.

Another taco/mexican joint in Addison.. shameful. Ordered tacos and the price.. outrageous. Soda, go to walmart and buy a bottle of coke to bring with you. Food? Its okay. I've had better from taco bell. Tortillas are good. But the meat. Not so good. its dried, over cooked like chewing on beef jerky. Wouldn't even feed it to the homeless that hang around. Better off going up the street to get better mexican food with way better prices. Horrible mexican joint. Owner should've done some research when coming here. Too many mexican joints in the area. Will not be back
. BTW learn some Spanish before walking in. They look at you like you got no idea what you are saying.

So the food was okay, The problem was when we got the bill it was $38 for a burrito in quesadilla and two Cokes. You could do an all-you-can-eat buffet for two people for that price. Unless they charge us $10 for Coke so we didn't get it because it didn't seem to reflect the price and the menu, I asked them to print me a receipt and they had a very difficult time so we don't really know what was so expensive. People seem to be nice but didn't really understand what we were saying I asked for extra cheese, didn't get it but have no clue if we were charged for it. Lol

This place is bizarre. In a town with more Mexican restaurants than everything else put together, it's another one.

The food was ok. Good salsa and nice kick. The rice, a bellweather of any Mexican restaurant for me, was bland and flavorless. My wife had tacos which were good, she likes the tortillas a lot. My burrito was a little different but pretty decent.

But the prices are not remotely aligned with the food quality, nor the slow service.
