Uncle Pete's Pizza and El pollo giro

Apparently they don’t like picking up the phone anymore. Same thing two weeks ago. They put you on an indefinite hold. Too bad. There are other pizza places

Thursday 5/27 from 9:35 to 10pm and Saturday 5/29 from 9:00 to 9:15pm they refused to answer their phone. Auto attendant answers and then a message plays in a loop but no one ever picks up. So disappointing, used to be the best pizza in Addison for 30 years +.

Called Uncle Pete's to order a 16 in pizza. It took an hour and a 1/2 to come to the house. The pizza was frozen and harder than rock. I called them back and said we ordered sausage pizza which came to us as a cheese pizza. The employee says no we didn't and instead of taking care of the problem he starts to argue that we didn't order sausage. Service was horrible as I am living Addison and has been buying pizza from them since 1974. Need more people skills.

Place has the worst hours during the week so all the local guys go to the other pizza shops around. 3pm to 10pm is not great hours.

I have never been so disappointed with my order. I ordered a $30 specialty pizza for it to arrive at my house burnt. I instantly called and complained to the order taker. He had accused me of requesting my pizza "extra crispy." I would never ruin my pizza like that! He goes on to saying they could send a new pizza, I told him I had already waited over an hr and there is a snow storm which would take longer. The order taker than suggested $5 off my next order, I have a coupon

Positive vibes from the staff, and the thin crust pizza is on point. Cheese is very rich, the ingredients seemed quality and I'll definitely go back. Enough said.

Stopped in here to get some fried samplers for my gf I was helped by a girl named Carrie I think and she was really good juggling multiple orders at once and created a great customer service experience for me and my gf. Thank you for excellent food and top notch service great cook there too very positive and happy staff definitely try this place out!!!! If you are wondering about it

May have been better but it was a bit burned. They were kind enough to offer anther pizza...we will give it another chance.

Delicious and affordable, great service and worth the wait for that deep dish. How is that a small? So good.

Had high hopes for the Pete's Special. Their thin crust game was heavier than expected and cheese could've been melted more for my liking. Maybe the gluten free is better. In the end still ate the whole pizza. Will go back and try a different app. Prices didn't match the accolades of the best pizza in Addison as the menu suggest.

Not your average all you can eat restaurant! Totally unexpected! And underestimated this restaurant! Great service with much enthusiasm and positive energy from staff! Great variety On food choices and very clean! Be sure to bring more than 3 people because they hand out food and continue to bring food till you say STOP! VERY GOOD FOOD! OUTSTANDING!

The Service was outstanding! The staff was so nice they made it feel like I was at my Uncle’s house with all the hospitality. The food was delicious as well. I really underestimated the food quality and the service! I will definitely be back with my friends! :)
