I ordered the 6-piece wings and honestly—Wingstop nailed it tonight. The crunch on the outside was perfect, and the inside was mouth-watering, soft, and tender. The Cajun and Spicy Habanero sauces added exactly the kind of flavor I was hoping for. This was easily a five-star experience.
Every wing felt like it was made with care. The crispy exterior and juicy center showed real consistency, wing after wing. The Cajun spice had a bold kick, and the Spicy Habanero brought heat without overwhelming the actual flavor. It was a balanced, delicious bite every time.
Six wings, zero complaints. Crispy. Tender. Flavor on point. The sauces were fire, and everything came together just right. Sometimes simple is the best way to describe something that hits exactly the way it should.

BAD customer service. Ordered online and was told 4 min extra wait. 10 min passes I walked up to counter to ask how much longer.Short Hispanic girl wearing glasses looks through orders and picks up order that was already sitting there for at least 7 min. Did not call my name.I told her I was waiting here the whole time. SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME WITHOUT EYE CONTACT. Another customer before was called by his name and handed food directly without further wait. I'm more mad about the fact the girl just stood there without apology like nothing.

I ordered a 10-piece wing for $17, and the experience was disappointing. It took 15-20 minutes for my food to be prepared, which felt excessive considering the store was relatively empty when I arrived at 8 PM on a Wednesday. In fact, I went to a nearby Chipotle, ordered a bowl, paid, and came back—only to find my order still not ready.
What concerned me the most was that the person preparing the food wasn’t consistently wearing gloves. On top of that, the soda machine had a terrible smell, and the soda itself tasted really weird—probably due to an unclean nozzle that hadn’t been maintained for a long time.
On the positive side, the store itself was clean, including the restroom, but the long wait and questionable hygiene practices made for an unpleasant experience. Definitely not worth the price or the wait.
