I ordered a 10-piece wing for $17, and the experience was disappointing. It took 15-20 minutes for my food to be prepared, which felt excessive considering the store was relatively empty when I arrived at 8 PM on a Wednesday. In fact, I went to a nearby Chipotle, ordered a bowl, paid, and came back—only to find my order still not ready.
What concerned me the most was that the person preparing the food wasn’t consistently wearing gloves. On top of that, the soda machine had a terrible smell, and the soda itself tasted really weird—probably due to an unclean nozzle that hadn’t been maintained for a long time.
On the positive side, the store itself was clean, including the restroom, but the long wait and questionable hygiene practices made for an unpleasant experience. Definitely not worth the price or the wait.

This location takes pride in the quality of their food and u can taste it everytime.
After years of avoiding Wingstop because I didn’t like another location’s food, I realize I’ve been missing out! This location has a friendly staff & hot and fresh wings each time I’ve been there ( 3 separate occasions in the last six weeks)
Definitely had to come post. About 2 weeks ago my fiance dropped his debit card and they called to tell us he had dropped it there. We were thankful and didn’t think to cancel it since the employee told us he found it. We froze it for an about 1 week just to make sure they wouldn’t attempt to use the card. Eveything had been ok for. Week after we unfroze the card until we got a call from our bank of an unauthorized transaction and fraud department instantly suspended our card. What a scum bag employee to even attempt to do that to someone. We constantly buy from this wingstop but will take our business else where. I think other people should too. This happened yesterday evening and what a coincidence that last night we went to pick up our wings we ordered with my card and they seemed kind of stand off ish made my husband wait outside for 10 mins. for they already know my husband. Its messed up someone who is trusted with multiple peoples card would do that. We are waiting for the investigation to be completed in order to get the full details on the individual.
