Online order and pick up orders are often forgotten about and take way too long to service customers. They need more structure to be able to serve customers correctly

Came through drive thru today, got my sandwich (BigMac) and literally SOGGY bun.
Just a few weeks ago my dad and I ordered inside, the girl brought us another customers order after she realized she took our food to the other table, and asked if it was okay if he had their order instead of what we ordered.
Seriously Albion McDonalds has went downhill the last few years, snobby order taker today.
I guess we need our old crew back running the place. 🙄 least we took care and pride in our work. And if we messed it up we made it right. Get together.

Quick, prompt and got my somewhat complicated order correct. Very happy going employees, food was same good, hot, and ready for lunch crowd.
The worst customer service ever!! On two separate occasions I was completely ignored by employees standing 5 feet away as I stood at the counter loudly asking for assistance. Once when my 4 year old grandson spilled his milkshake & most recently when they failed to include pancake syrup for pancakes I purchased there for my 86 year old father in law (even though I specifically asked them in drive thru to include extra syrup & why & asked did they include syrup & was told yes. 🤬) who had just lost his wife of 62 years the day before & refused to acknowledge me at all! I had to go down the road to Family Dollar & buy a bottle of syrup. Very rude & unprofessional & careless of the staff, worst ever! I won’t spend money there ever again.

I can’t say enough negative things about this place & the horrible customer service. I would like to know who owns it and if they realize how poorly trained and rude their employees are.

I met a person at our Albion McDonald’s that I have not seen in a while. I had already had lunch so I just had a tea. I was about to leave when a friend came in. I was in there probably about two hours. I appreciate the workers just letting us hang out. The store was super clean.

Its a McDonald's, about what you would expect. The place was fairly clean in the dining area. Food was pretty fresh, enough ketchup and mayo packets were put in the bag. Biggest issue is the amount of time they took to prepare it. I waited about 25 min before going in (I parked for pickup and all) then had to wait about 10 additional minutes after saying somthing to get my order. If it was a large order or they were packed I'd be a bit more understanding but close to 40 minutes for 4 sandwiches isn't great, ill be using the drive through if I come here again.
