On Wed Mar 6th my husband took our two boys to Ferg’s for one of our son’s birthday dinners. The manager was extremely rude to my husband. He was downright disrespectful. Someone in the service industry should NEVER treat a customer the way he treated my husband... especially in front of our kids! He obviously has some kind of personal issue with him, and we have no idea why. His attitude towards my husband was unacceptable. My husband is one of the nicest people you can meet and did not deserve this treatment. The manager owes him a sincere apology AND an explanation! I actually feel sorry for the employees there who have to work with someone with such a nasty personality!

Taco Tuesday... fried flour tortillas were the worst I've ever tasted. Never again.!
Service sucked. Waited 30 minutes at the bar for someone to take my drink order and when they did they had a poor attitude and didn't seem to want to accept my tip. Way to turn business away. Suggest when you have live entertainment have backup ready and pretend like you care about your patrons. Be ashamed.
