I have been here quite a few times and each time I have had the worst customer service with the African American employee. I have always been as pleasant as I can with her but she gives a horrible attitude. she makes the environment feel very unwelcome when I simply just want food. hope something can get figured out.

2:30 pm onn Sunday afternoon. Little to no customers. I ordered a 6 piece nugget meal with a chocolate shake, ketchup and sweet & sour sauce. After 10 minutes, I got cold nuggets with a chocolate shake. No fries, ketchup or sweet & sour sauce. $8 for 6 nuggets & a shake? No!! I took it right back!! This was the first time I’ve been back since I ordered a $6-8 strawberry smoothie and was given 1/2 and the employee said “I don’t feel like making more”. Unreal!!!

The one star is not with the time it took to make the food, it is however with the fact that I could clearly see the young man on side 1 making my sandwich without gloves on. I believe his name is Jaxson. That my only complaint I understand lunch rush is stressful for everyone so the time was perfect for what I ordered. Thats just simply not an excuse to put bare hands on my sandwich.

this restaurant is INFESTED with incompetent people!!!! never in my entire life have i ever gone here and been given what i ordered. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE THEY ALWAYS MESS THINGS UP!!!!! ALWAYS!!! i am starting to believe that they are doing this to me on purpose because HOW HARD IS IT TO GIVE SOMEONE THE CORRECT FOOD THAT THEY’VE ORDERED???? apparently asking for what you paid for is WAYYYY BEYOND their capabilities. everytime i get food here, i have to perform a THOROUGH check on EVERYTHING in the bag before i leave just to ensure that i am given what i paid for- and 99.9% of the time they give me the wrong food. just the other day i was the first person in the drive through and i ordered a Mcdouble… when i got to the pick up window the girl told me to pull forward and wait. i sat there waiting for 30 minutes!!!! finally, someone came out and told me that they had given my order to someone else and then she asked what my order was. i repeated it to her twice… 10 minutes later a girl comes out and gives me the wrong order!! at this point i’m used to their incompetence and i repeated my order to her for the 3rd time… 5 minutes later she comes out empty handed and asked me what i ordered again!!! after repeating it to her for the 4th TIME she FINALLY got my order right. i was the first person in line at the drive through and i was the last person to leave. today i went here again and ordered a cheeseburger. when i got home, i opened up the wrapper and they gave me a burger WITHOUT any cheese, sauce, pickles, or onions. all that they gave me was the bun, and the meat. nothing else on there. what kind of person eats a burger with nothing on it except for the buns and the meat??!?! they can’t even make a simple cheeseburger without screwing up!!! at this point, i am CONVINCED they are doing this to me on purpose!!! i understand that mistakes happen, but EVERY SINGLE TIME???? i don’t think i will ever live to see the day where they get my order correct. they always either give me the wrong food, or they give me food with foreign contaminates inside. i don’t know if they’re doing this to me because of my race or my gender but i feel heavily discriminated against!! WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAIL?!?! there are only 3 good employees here and that’s it. the rest are all either illiterate or mentally incompetent. there is one particular girl here who is always extremely rude to me whenever i come here, and she ALWAYS gives me the wrong food. i am so serious when i say that i feel like i am literally being attacked by them. i can’t come here without having anxiety attacks!!! nobody should have to feel unsafe to come here because of their ethnicity, gender, religion, etc. this is pure discrimination!! i am trying sooooo hard to have patience with the people here but it’s very difficult to do so when you are being treated poorly EVERY SINGLE TIME i come here. the other night i got food poisoning from something i ate there and at this point, i find it very hard to believe that these are just “accidents”. i understand that accidents happen sometimes, but EVERY TIME?? something NEEDS to change!!! i would avoid coming here entirely if it weren’t for the fact that this town has only 2 fast food restaurants. in the future i can only hope and pray that i will be treated with respect, and my food will be made correctly without any problems or contaminates. i don’t want to sound like a Karen, but they need to understand that treating someone poorly and CONSISTENTLY messing up their food is extremely frustrating when it happens ALL THE TIME!!

Hands down the most incompetent McDonald's of any I've been to. Twice in the last couple months I've been asked to pull forward, and both times they forgot I was out there. 4 out of 5 cappuccinos I've ordered hot they gave me a cold drink. And literally everytime I've asked, and was charged for extra sauce they either put 1 or none in my bag. Last time they forgot the sauce I went back inside, and stood there for 5 minutes and had 3 different employees look right at me and still made me stand there waiting. Makes me wonder how many times I've eaten poorly prepared food.
