Biscuits were so hard I couldn't stick my fork in them--and they were even smothered in gravy. They were replaced with fresh, soft ones. None of the waitresses would fill coffee unless customers asked for it. (Evidently, customers used to walk over and fill up themselves but now they have signs all over not to do that.) My cup went dry twice. No water either.
I have breakfast here once a week. The biscuit and gravy is quite tasty and very well priced. Haven't tried much else yet. The rest of the menu is pretty standard fare and reasonably priced.
