While I can say that it's vastly superior to the other truck stops that I have encountered in Missouri and offers far more services amenities and hospitality to professional drivers and regular automobile driver's alike, it is still a truck stop with inflated prices and all of the strange brands the normal motorists do not encounter in day-to-day life.The showers here were clean serviceable and enjoyable. There is a television room and a small area for people to eat. There is also a small casino area. There is a small criminal element at this particular establishment. But that is to be expected and compared to some of the other elements I've encountered while in Missouri it is welcome in it's sparity.All together I can say that this truck stop is where you would want to go were you transiting from Missouri to Illinois on a normal commute.An excellent establishment.

The Great Satan
It's literally a small cinnabon counter in a gas station, so I'm not going to go on and on about the atmosphere. Also I only ever come to this area at night time so when I get there only the guy who's behind the counter for the gas station is there anyway. Luckily they have everything on the counter so whatever you want you can just grab. I got a single cinnabon with pecans and then a two pack of regular ones for my family. I like that the packaging is microwavable so I can nuke it at work and not worry about anything burning or melting. I've only been in that area a couple of times in the last couple of years, but if I ever am again I will stop without a doubt

Rarely have o found an employee so rude as the one here at this location. Wow. Will not be back. If I had the capsicum to explain how I felt after this encounter, I would be much more spicy than the attitude I caught while I was at this location.I understand a bad day at work. I do . Been there done that. Yet ... Wow. Human dignity deserves more. Am I am not speaking of mine I am speaking of hers.Like wow.

The prices are very overpriced and I was the first one in line for the showers and it took half of an hour but the place is clean so you could come here if you want to get a good snack or get some Denny's.

Pull in there at 3 am to fuel up and on 2 different pumps, no credit cards worked. Typical Pilot!! Can't wait til the new Love's off 255 down the road opens and does a number on your bottom line...

So I stopped in to grab something to eat in the main sales area. I got a salad and then saw beef jerky on an end cap with a clearly posted notice of Buy one and get one free with a drink purchase". So I grabbed two bags. At the register they wanted to sell both bags for full price. I pointed out the buy one get one notice and was advised that they are no longer doing that... I showed one of the five staff members the signage. Their response was" oh, I missed those five ... there was zero effort to honor the posted signs... I expected better service, but didn't get it. I normally pass this place instead of stop in for fuel or food. Today I was reminded why...
