Can you guys get it right for once I didn't ask for onion rings usually my burger isn't correct now it's the fries can I just have it my way like the commercial!!! Never fails with burger king my receipt doesn't say onion rings!!!

One of the best burger kings around. The food is always fresh and they get your order correct most of the time!
Waited in line forever with nobody even acknowledging me,ordered a steakhouse whopper with onion rings and a Hershey pie,well my food is ready and it has French fries I told them I ordered rings another 5 minute wait and I look on my tray no Hershey pie so I told them and got my Hershey pie,the whopper meal was pretty good slightly cold from the ring wait then I opened the Hershey pie which didn't dawn on me was actually warm I ate it and headed straight to the bathroom to get sick and the smell of the bathroom didn't help the situation,I was sick for a whole day and will never go back to this location terrible service terrible food and it's dirty inside

This is easily one of the worst restaurants in this area of Alsip, Illinois. Fast food can be good if made properly and fresh. This location just can’t get it right. I’m surprised this place is still open. There must be a lot of people who don’t love themselves. If you like slow service, rude/ mean employees, and cold food, then this is your place!

This place wouldn't survive a normal day at McDonald's. It's too too slow for the low amount of people that show up to eat. The wait time is logger than it would take eating a whole meal

Ordered a double whooper and fries at the drive thru when i got my recipe after i paid it said whooper and fries so when the lady gave me my food i asked if it was a double instead of a single whopper and she said YES! when i drove out the drive thru it was not a double whooper didnt go back to tell them it was wrong for only 10$ this location is trash !
Had a 60$ order and it was hot and not one thing was missing the manager Bobbyjo was very polite and professional me and my kids will definitely be eating here more often thanks for the fresh hot food and great service

Was just here with my mom, when I got here there was someone ahead of me waiting for their order. While my mom used the bathroom I waited to order and no one acknowledged me not even to let me know they’d be with me when they handed the person and I stood there for 3-4 minutes. There was no one at the counter either, then when someone did come up front they didn’t acknowledge us either.
