I bought a gift card for $25.00, I looked at my receipt later, he. Charged me $2.50 tip, I didn't offer n he didn't ask, just automatically took it, that's terrible, most places give you a choice, I mean he didn't even mention anything about it, just went ahead and did it. N in the past , I ordered a special combo, n he wouldn't let me use my $5.00 I have banked in my rewards account, since I got the special combo. Sandwich is a little skimpy also, I guess it goes with the territory.

Good food. Orders can be taken online or in store with a person or at the kiosk. Food is fresh and cooked to order. Bathrooms are clean, plenty of parking and dine in seating.

First time trying Charley’s and it’ll definitely be the last. I didn’t even get to taste the sandwich because the moment I picked it up, all the meat dumped straight out the bottom. The bread was sliced completely through like someone didn’t know what they were doing. When I brought it back, the first thing the guy tells me is, “that’s what you ordered,” instead of actually listening. Then the cook pops his head out the window like I’m the problem. I handed back the sad excuse for a sandwich and didn’t even get a refund. Total waste of time and money

Great place, open late! Very good food, so flavorful and the bread was very soft. We even got condiments, without asking, which is rare for a fast food establishment. Reesh, the nighttime supervisor was very friendly and attentive, overall a great experience, we will be returning soon. Thank you, Charlie’s!

The five stars is for the night crew. Charlie’s is a sandwich shop that you would think the lunch rush would be their peak times. Every time I go during lunch it’s just okay. Everytime I go after 6pm the crew is amazing, the food is perfect. It’s crazy because it’s the same food but different people, and the people on the night crew make it so much better.
