I come at least once a week for a cinnabon or two, but eventually, my wife started taking portions of mine 🤣 one day I brought my wife with me and we saw the cinnabons were uncovered with flys and such landing on top of them. We warned the worker while making a few cups of cream cheese that the insects were landing on the food and Flys are one of the most nastiest insects. She didn't even throw them away, she puts them in the see thru plastics trey wraps as if she were going to box them up for sale. I love cinnabon, but I don't want anything that has Flys feces and such on them.
Second time In for a classic roll, both time they did not have hot rolls. This is at 8am

Whenever I'm feeling like a Cinnabon I stop by whichever one is closest at the time, because they're few and far between these days. I always get the caramel pecan cinnabon and have been getting it for years. I know exactly how it's made and what goes on it. So apparently at this place they make them wrong and charge people extra for what it's suppose to come with already. The caramel pecan cinnabon get both caramel sauces. The ignorant girl argued me down that only one sauce goes on and that she's been working there for a long time. Ma'am you work for Pilot not Cinnabon and you're doing it wrong. She tried to get me to pay the extra and then proceeded to lie about this being the only Cinnabon left lol. I then listed everyone that's still in business nearby that I frequent. Anyway I just got a refund. The ignorant girl caused this specific Pilot and Cinnabon a customer instead of just listening to the customer and not thinking someone is trying to pull a fast one. It's a bummer because I drove out of the way for this bs.

Staff was friendly buns were good
I was excited to know that there was a location near me ..... now I'm not excited. These have to be THE driest cinnamon rolls I've ever had in my life. The amount of cream cheese was almost non existent. Please just go to Chicago Ridge instead.

This is my 2nd time visiting the Pilot Center specifically for Cinnabon rolls. I called around 1:30 and the person who answered AND baking said he had some hot & fresh. I’m temporarily on a walker, but I’m sure I RAN ??♀️out of the door. Nice weather, nice ride, nice guy provided service. A lady stopped behind me and decided to buy 6 at a time too! If you’re going big and all in; don’t cheap out on the extra cream cheese. Walked in, grabbed a soup spoon and FINALLY got my fix! They were SO fresh! This place doesn’t disappoint! Wish I had checked out the other stands while I was there. But, I did get ⛽️ ?I’m happy.
They had what I needed when Orland was out. I only complaint is that cinnabons did not come with extra frosting
Food is always good. Service was great. Thanks for the convenient location
Sticky cinnamon rolls at a truck stop chain well known for no parking? Great idea ?!
Went here because I didn't want to travel so far to Orland or Merrillville in rush hour traffic. Gas station has a weird energy to it. The customers, staff, etc. Then some older lady who works there said to the guy behind the kiosk, right in front of me, 'make sure you charge for the frosting cup' and something about how 'there's already enough frosting on the roll'. Really, as if I was going to try to finesse Cinnabon out of 60 cents for some frosting? Anyway, she could have waited until I left or whispered it. That was rude. Anyhow, Dean (I believe that's his name) is a really nice guy with incredible customer service skills. The real reason for my one star review is when I got home to eat it the roll was hard and dry. Even reheating it didn't help. The worst Cinnabon roll I've ever had.
