How do you have such a disrespectful employee working here? I came in to purchase a birthday ice cream cake and the order lady with short hair is completely rude and disrespectful. She was bothered when I asked what flavor the unlabeled cakes were and when I asked if she could write on them she said no. I have been buying Dairy Queen ice cream cakes for years and they will always write happy birthday on them. I will never return to this location.

I want to start by saying that the products are great. It’s a clean place. The ice cream cakes, blizzards and the ice cream bars are delicious. But the elderly lady at the counter is always angry and rude. She kinda ruined the fun experience of rewarding my kids with a sweet treat.

Arrived at the Dairy Queen in Alsip at 1:18 pm on Friday, August 1st. Went to purchase a Birthday cake. Website stated that is open at 1:00 pm. When I arrived at 1:18 the open sign was not on and the door was locked. Knocked on the door and I looked inside and saw a young male employee near the front register. He saw me and walked away like he did not want to be noticed. Baskin Robbins received my order for the Birthday cake. Another example of customer service breakdown in today's society.

Hi, I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visits. There’s an older woman working at the front who often comes across as unfriendly and unapproachable. She rarely greets customers and tends to be very curt, which makes the environment feel uncomfortable especially when you’re just trying to enjoy a treat or take a moment to decide what to order. I say this with respect, but it’s been consistent enough that it impacts the overall experience. Just wanted to bring it to your attention as a loyal customer who loves your products and wants to continue coming back.
