Came in at around 2pm today(9/16), the female employee with short hair did not greet us or speak to us aside from the price of our order. we asked for extra toppings, she charged us for it but didn't give extra. Overall she was extremely rude. I came another day last week, the young girl with glasses and semi short light brown hair perfectly made our order in a timely matter. She should be the example for all employees for how to make Dairy Queen products. She gave us our ice cream with a smile and I could thoroughly enjoy the food. The African American Male taking our order was extremely nice as well, he greeted us and read back our order making sure everything was correct.

was sitting down waiting to order because there was a few people ahead of us in line at the counter that didn’t even order yet and the old lady with the short hair was really snotty to me and my girlfriend saying “are you guys gonna order or what” and gave us a nasty look and so did the old man as soon as walked in the door and that’s not the first time i come to this dairy queen all the time because it’s the closest one to me and everytime ive been here the lady with short hair has always had an attitude with all her customers and i’ve seen one of the teenagers who works there has no gloves on and rubs her hand through her hair before and after making ice cream i will continue to go here for my ice cream just because its so close but if you have a closer dairy queen than this one please go this is the worst service i’ve ever seen

They forgot my graham cracker base in my blizzard and the lady with the short haircut argued with me they didn’t. Was very rude in her tone. They could’ve easily added it after I came back but did not i left unsatisfied won’t be back at this location.

Older white lady with short hair was rude. I wanted to know the size of the ice cream I was ordering. This lady was so rude and says the ONE THAT SAYS BLIZZARD. While a young girl and a young boy, employees laugh. Absolutely unnecessary to raise her voice and be this disrespectful. Will not be coming back! Get better employees.

I have been coming to this location for many years. And the woman with the short blonde hair is the rudest employee I have ever encountered and you can tell she truly hates her job. I clearly ordered 3 large twist cones and she gave me dipped cones and yelled at me and told me that’s what I ordered. Luckily someone else heard me say twist. She made a huge deal out of nothing. Get some new employees or else this business will suffer for certain.

Tried to call about the possibility of buying a blizzard cake yesterday at the alsip, IL location. Woman who answered the phone was extremely condescending and was scoffing/ laughing at me for not knowing the process of making a cake. Didn’t realize working at Dairy Queen makes people so miserable.

This Is The Closest DQ Around To Me Which Is About 30 Min With That Said I've Gone 4 Times And It Says Open On Their Page I Go And It's Closed ...Is This Like A Joke To U?? While Others ARE OPEN LIKE IT SAYS,This One I Guess Only Opens When Workers Aren't Feeling Lazy.

Google said this location was open. I drove there yesterday just to find a note on the door stating it was closed for the season ?
We got there at 1:06 pm and it was closed. The website said it opened at 1. We ended up going to Sonic.

I’am sorry I feel this way. every time that I have went to this DQ I feel ripped off on serving’s size . Privately owned you can tell the 2 older couple inside have a wired away about them. Sorry but not sorry I will not bring my family back there.

Rude customer service, older blonde lady with short hair had an attitude, I asked what sizes were available for the blizzard as it was my first time here and she reply” the blizzard ones on the wall and just points” and turns back to her notebook where she writes down my order, truly unnecessary attitude as I was one of only 3 people in there at the time and would like to be treated with more respect.
