This Is The Closest DQ Around To Me Which Is About 30 Min With That Said I've Gone 4 Times And It Says Open On Their Page I Go And It's Closed ...Is This Like A Joke To U?? While Others ARE OPEN LIKE IT SAYS,This One I Guess Only Opens When Workers Aren't Feeling Lazy.

I’am sorry I feel this way. every time that I have went to this DQ I feel ripped off on serving’s size . Privately owned you can tell the 2 older couple inside have a wired away about them. Sorry but not sorry I will not bring my family back there.

Rude customer service, older blonde lady with short hair had an attitude, I asked what sizes were available for the blizzard as it was my first time here and she reply” the blizzard ones on the wall and just points” and turns back to her notebook where she writes down my order, truly unnecessary attitude as I was one of only 3 people in there at the time and would like to be treated with more respect.

After an awkward experience with the staff one evening several months ago, I decided to finally go back. I understand people have off moments and every one deserves a second chance. I enjoyed the ice cream, it was very delicious and fresh. The staff were kind and I had great service this time around. Thank you.

DQ is not much to my liking as much as I try new items from here ? but my kids love it so here we are… they loved the treats they got, gentleman who took my order was friendly and charismatic. The place seemed clean. Not much of a wait for our treats to be made. ??

Took my family in there tonight. it was my toddlers first time there and he was excited. Walked with him all happy up to the counter only to be meet with someone who had no customer service. No smile, no greeting. just her and her notepad. I made small talk and she rolled her eyes. I bite my tongue and just ordered. I get it if you hate your life or had a crappy customer prior (store had one other customer) like maybe take a break, let another staff member handle it. I work in customer service, I get it. it's not easy. At least the teens working we're nice. She was an older white woman with super short feathered hair. thank you bc I will always recommend a different ice cream place bc of your shitty demeanor.

The ice cream is delicious but the Google hours are always wrong. Be aware that this location closes for entire seasons and they don’t update it on Google. When they are open, the workers aren’t really that friendly. Since it’s the only one in the area, you have to go to this location if you want DQ. They only serve ice cream as well, no food.
