I rarely go to dunkin anymore but every once and a while give them a chance and every time am reminded why i dont go. Order is never consistant even when the same thing is ordered every time doughnuts are most of the time stale or when you want something spe ific they tell you they are out

They said their oven was broken, probably wasnt. My coffee wasnt mixed at all.
The butter pecan ice cream 🍦🍨 is phenomenal and delicious,,, highly recommended and add a doughnut with it and you have an incredible desert,,, ,

Good morning!! Today I had the worst experience of my life with customer service at this place. I arrived at the place where there were 2 young people working, a dark-skinned boy and a young white woman. When 20 minutes had passed and they didn't attend to me, I went to the pick up area to see if they had forgotten that I was there because the boy had seen me and when I approached the girl looked at me and told me in an upset manner that she couldn't attend to me because she didn't know what I was doing there, hoping that she was very busy and a thousand other things when she was supposed to give me an apology. I couldn't believe it!!! I hope the owners read the comments.

well i went tyeonly dunkin on western ymto get coffee.. ordered a medium 7 cream and 7 sugar i touched the cup and it felt cool soi thought maybe its the cup .. oh heck no its cold!!! who the heck serves cold coffee????! who dunkin!!??? i just wont go to tgat dunkin. the lady said its tue cream and sugar.. but do not go to thatone on like 51st S. western ave. I went at like 1:30 am. Drank cold ass coffee ! She should be Fired! Highly Do Not Recommend that dunkin!!!
