Horrible service. Gotta repeat yourself multiple times and the order still comes out wrong. Staff barely know English. You would think it’s a “new” dunkin they would have things together, far from it. Tell them light ice and they give you a whole cup of ice and some.
I would never order coffee from here again.

I ordered a sausage and cheese croissant hash brown's and a hot chocolate. I got a bacon and cheese croissant and cold hash brown's. I went back (2 miles) to return the fiid and get what I ordered and get hot hash Brown's only to get a burnt sausage and cheese croissant and the same cold hash brown's. I didn't feel like driving back again to get my money back but I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAR LOCATION AT ALL!!!

I'm guessing they don't know the difference between large and medium drink. This was after I told the person face to face. I was charged for a large and given a medium. There was no receipt to prove I ordered a large other than the bill on my card later on. Will not be stopping at this DD anymore.

I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.

I do not understand what’s going on at this Dunkin. This is my neighborhood Dunkin. I’ve been going to this store for a very long time. My order has been messed up before, but not back to back mess ups. I am diabetic. The first mess up was they gave me my coffee with no sweetener. OK cool so when I got home I put my own sweetener in. The second screwup was, I asked for decaf coffee six equal three regular creams. I was given regular caffeinated coffee with three sugars and six creams. The final screwup was today they got the coffee order correct but also gave me 2 1/2 tablespoons of coffee grounds. I think it’s time I go outside my neighborhood to get my cup of coffee just FYI before you leave the window make sure you check your order.

Be aware of Alsip Illinois Sergeant Dollar Alsip Illinois Sergeant Dollar likes to write letters to the DMV saying you're too crazy to drive while you're running a cash register 14 years ago Alsip Illinois Sergeant dollar wrote a letter to the DMV while I was working at a grocery store running a cash register. I have not had a ticket in over 30 years every 4 years this letter pops up on my driver's license yes I'm going to have to do the Freedom of Information Act and found out how he slandered me. This is what they do to Cops in Alsip Illinois to get rid of them Google have a look-see they do nasty things. At the time I had called Christopher radz Alsip Illinois police chief Google Christopher radz he was arrested Alsip Illinois police chief was arrested at Walmart for shoplifting in Florida. Google my last name through Darien Grandpa was the first police chief of Darien the founding father of Darien the president of the Lions Club in Darien president of the bank in Darien my mother retired from CPD I was taking classes to be a cop all my state licenses are gone Alsip Illinois Sergeant Dollar ruined my life and I was running a cash register. Alsip Illinois Sergeant dollar played the judge the jury and the Executioner when he wrote that letter and I was running a register I'm going to put this in every business in Alsip Illinois so when you see him come in hide your name tag or something because Alsip Illinois Sergeant dollar has no problem writing to DMV saying you're too crazy to drive while you're running a register if anything he needs to smoke more cigarettes and Hot Box people in cars and calm down cuz people that smoke cigarettes have mental illness not somebody's struggling trying to go to school and do the best they can to make a life for themselves while they're running a register ruin your life.
