Very bad service, I only ordered a medium iced coffee with butter pecan and had to repeat my order twice for two different people taking orders. Got the coffee and it didn’t taste right, I always order the same thing. Ice was filled to the lid!

Horrible service. Gotta repeat yourself multiple times and the order still comes out wrong. Staff barely know English. You would think it’s a “new” dunkin they would have things together, far from it. Tell them light ice and they give you a whole cup of ice and some.
I would never order coffee from here again.

I ordered a sausage and cheese croissant hash brown's and a hot chocolate. I got a bacon and cheese croissant and cold hash brown's. I went back (2 miles) to return the fiid and get what I ordered and get hot hash Brown's only to get a burnt sausage and cheese croissant and the same cold hash brown's. I didn't feel like driving back again to get my money back but I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAR LOCATION AT ALL!!!

I'm guessing they don't know the difference between large and medium drink. This was after I told the person face to face. I was charged for a large and given a medium. There was no receipt to prove I ordered a large other than the bill on my card later on. Will not be stopping at this DD anymore.

I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.
My avocado toast needs to be toasted not ran through the oven my donuts holes were not fresh.

I do not understand what’s going on at this Dunkin. This is my neighborhood Dunkin. I’ve been going to this store for a very long time. My order has been messed up before, but not back to back mess ups. I am diabetic. The first mess up was they gave me my coffee with no sweetener. OK cool so when I got home I put my own sweetener in. The second screwup was, I asked for decaf coffee six equal three regular creams. I was given regular caffeinated coffee with three sugars and six creams. The final screwup was today they got the coffee order correct but also gave me 2 1/2 tablespoons of coffee grounds. I think it’s time I go outside my neighborhood to get my cup of coffee just FYI before you leave the window make sure you check your order.
