We recently had catering from El Coyote and everything was absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was. We were beyond satisfied with both the quality and the service, and we will definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful Mexican food—you won’t be disappointed!

This restaurant did not provide any pleasant food at all! I was completely disappointed with the quality and taste of Mexican food here. My partner and I ordered the enchiladas de mole and quesadillas de asada and al pastor. From the second I received the enchiladas they looked a mess, it was not nicely presented. You couldn’t even see the tortillas and once I took a bite I couldn’t even taste anything but cheese. There was sooo much cheese I couldn’t taste the mole and tortilla. I then tried my partners quesdilla and the al pastor was nothing special. I didn’t even want to continue eating at all and wanted to just leave. I literally took one bite of the enchiladas and that was enough to put me off from eating it. The flavor of the enchiladas was just as bad if not worse than they looked. I’ve had enchiladas at home and at other restaurants, NEVER have I had them be as messy and bad tasting as these here. My partner got up to ask for boxes to-go, I really thought the workers would ask how our food was because once again we did not stay long at all to eat, but no they didn’t ask. I honestly didn’t want to say anything about being very displeased with the food quality and taste because I’m not sure what the workers would do to make this better. I was very disappointed with the Mexican food here, I feel like the flavors are not authentic to our Mexican culture. I think they use way too much cheese instead of focusing on the correct flavors, I really should’ve been able to taste mole on my food.

The photo I added was once I took a bite out of the enchilada.

I ordered through grubhub. It came fast but the food was disappointing. I order the quesadilla dinner and a ground beef quesadilla. The steak was dry. Beans taste like they just came straight out a can. The quesadillas pretty much are tacos. Little as hell

This place is amazing never have had a bad meal here. I lived in evergreen started going here and moved out to oak forest and continue to dine here. Food is delicious portion size are consistently large as other places are getting smaller. Always great service even when calling in large orders from work.

Service was quick, it was boiling inside to dine in with the heat blasting, but what I’m most disappointed in was the chicken soup. The reviews on mtg facebook said it was a must try. The rice and cilantro/onion were a good add but the soup was reheated - you could tell. Each part of the soup was at inconsistent temperature and the vegetables were cold still and had no flavor.

This was my first time here, I almost didn’t order from here bc of the reviews but I’m glad I did! These were by far the best tacos I have had in this area! The steak is actually flavorful and moist rather than bland and dry like I’ve seen in a lot of other places around here. The red and green sauce is actually full of flavor as well the prices are good and they arnt skimpy with the meat portions. If you’re curious on trying this place I would disregard the other reviews and go for it!

My first and last time at this restaurant.
The beans were spoiled and when I let them know instead of changing the order they got upset because the food was very bad, sorry I don't recommend it.

The food was good, the rice was little hard, but the rest was very good. The tacos had lots of meat. I will be going back.
