Went inside the store to order some food to go and explain to the woman my order. she proceeded to repeat the wrong meat choice back to me. I clarified which type of meat I was looking to get. Then rang me out for the food only to find out when I received my food that she forgot to add the rice and beans into the order, forcing me to pay twice on card so they can charge me more than when I received my food and proceeded to drive home a 5 minute drive. I got home, took one bite to realize That the rice and beans are cold. I called after to speak to a manager to explain my frustration. I was then told by the manager over the phone, so just come back to the store to return the food and they’ll give me my money back and proceeded to just hang up on me so I went to the store to return my food and get my money back and they proceeded to steal not listen to me. They were blaming me saying that I was the one not ordering correctly when the cashier lady was watching TV distracted, and I had to clarify three times my order for her and still got it wrong. It’s sad because I’ve been coming to this location for many years only for me to really reconsider ever going back again.

I love the tacos here but and I would love to rate more stars but I ordered tacos on grubhub and specifically requested for the cilantro and onion on the side because I don’t like heavy onion upon receiving my order I noticed my tacos were loaded with onion and I had to spend the better part of 5-10 minutes taking tons of onions out of my tacos the food is great but directions need to be followed more precisely

The restaurant was cash only at the time due to a system error, which I completely understand. However, the issue was the attitude. The woman at the register was rude and argumentative. When I suggested that a friendlier explanation or heads-up would have been appreciated, her response was dismissive, telling me to use the ATM or not. A little kindness in how it was communicated would have gone a long way.

This restaurant has some the best authentic Mexican food. The rice is soooo soft. The tacos are huge, filled with meat, not just lettuce. I will always be a customer ❤️❤️❤️

My brother-in-law has been raving about this place for a while, today I decided to actually try them. I was met with Great and prompt service and the meal that I got. I absolutely love for breakfast chorizo, and egg special. The salsa really did it for me as well as a flavorful rice at some point in the near future I will be back for lunch and or dinner. I highly recommend this place if you have never tried

I've been coming here for at least 30 years. They've always been the best Mexican food in the area, if not all of Cook County! Everything they do is fantastic, from your basic steak burrito to the elote, chile relleno . . . Everything! They've kept me coming back for 30 years and they are still the best.
