I see so many mixed reviews here. My experience was just 06/17/25; I had been wanting to try the Alsip location. I never go right away when a new restaurant opens, I let them get the “kinks” worked out first. Alsip has been open for quite sometime; and I just had my 1st visit 06/17/25. Loved the rib tips, mac, cornbread and sauces! The pulled pork was perfect and i loved all the free pickles and onions. The sausage and chicken were good but a little dry. Waited about 25 mins for our order but they seemed to have a ton of to-go orders. Can't wait to try more.
We hadn't been in yet and now wonder why - awesome food! We decided to get 2 of the Pick 3 Meats meals so we could try a lot of them. We got the brisket, ribs, rib tips, chicken, pulled pork, and jalapeno cheddar brat. Everything was delicious, and this might be the first place around that hasn't served me dry chicken.
