Harold's Chicken in Alsip IL

The Lady who's answers the phone has terrible customer service, before I could even finish my order she hangs up an my face. She answer the phone like she at home or something

The cashier is incredibly rude to customers both in person and over the phone. Both of my orders were wrong even though I ordered over the phone and still ended up waiting an extra 15mins in the restaurant. Don’t waste your time or money.

Fast, friendly service. The fried lobster was amazing! Loved the catfish nuggets.

Chicken was hot and fresh , with the right amount of sauce ! XD the fries I could have did without.

They got lobster tails and shrimp very good and the chicken wing and fries

They gave me the wrong order despite everything being correct on receipt.

This is the rudest most entitled Harold workers I ever encountered. They have zero respect for their customers and the timing for food is disrespectful

The food was delicious and very fresh and it was worth 30 minute wait. If you want cold old food go somewhere else if you are impatient go somewhere else. 10/10 round of applause!!!!!!!! Now I’m about to take a nap lol

Good Food and prices

When I call to order my food the young lady answer with a attitude second thing is I ordered light mild sauce and they didn’t put no mild sauce that is some terrible service if you don’t want to be kind to customers you shouldn’t be working in that field this Harold need to do better serving their customers

The food was hot the chicken breast I had didn’t smell or taste right like it was spoiled and the coleslaw tasted old and spoiled too they won’t get anymore of my money

I rate this place 5 star for the food cause I've never had a problem with my order and the food is cooked just like I like it. The service is ok, they got young girls working upfront which is cool. What I like is they call you when your order is ready you want have to be waiting around especially if you called it in. Cant say much about the atmosphere cause I'm in and out of there. This is my spot tho.
