The food was hot the chicken breast I had didn’t smell or taste right like it was spoiled and the coleslaw tasted old and spoiled too they won’t get anymore of my money

I rate this place 5 star for the food cause I've never had a problem with my order and the food is cooked just like I like it. The service is ok, they got young girls working upfront which is cool. What I like is they call you when your order is ready you want have to be waiting around especially if you called it in. Cant say much about the atmosphere cause I'm in and out of there. This is my spot tho.

Very clean place with friendly staff. Had the catfish dinner, and the food was so fresh. Phoned in my food order, and the food was ready when I arrived.

No matter what you do you will wait and they are shy in sauce. I’ve called in, ordered online etc, I always wait 20 minutes and they are shy in sauce. This will be my last time at this location!!!

I spent 31.00.... the chicken legs were tiny. I called to tell them about and the young lady hung up on me. Horrible customer service

I ordered a large Shrimp and 8 piece dark. The Shrimp was so hard I couldn't bite it. Chicken was spicy. Didn't receive my coleslaw I won't be ordering here ever again

I had ordered the shrimp & fish combo the fish tasted like it was fried in old grease on top of that my shrimp was slimy & looked like it as well was fried in old grease when i reached out to cook Sherman about it he didn’t even care just said he cooked it & they make it the same all the time that it must just be me i wasted $20 on some food that looked like if i eat it I would get sick & that’s your response never again

This is my new Harold's! The chicken is on point, and they offer different side options like fried okra, broccoli cheese bites, and fried green tomatoes. Always feel welcome when I'm there which is extremely important. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was dark. The girl taking order was rude. We waited 1 hours for the wrong order. Never eat here it's waist of time and your money

I started calling at exactly 12:50pm..repeatedly no one answered the phone. Then I finally get an answer for them to tell me to hold no one ever came back to the phone. Called again they answered told me to hold on once I uttered lunch special they hung up the phone. Then disconnected their phone . And wonder why you don’t support black businesses smh and also the lady that takes the orders at the drive through window is very rude
