I had a taste for Harold's, and this location would typically be my spot. But the last few times that I've patroned this restaurant, the meal [chicken & shrimp combo] was old, and you can tell it was.??? And only now, as it's been many months since I've been back, and I'm willing to read of other people's experiences to see if that'snot an issue, I discover that I'm not alone, and I'd be wasting my time & $$ to chance being pissed ? off "possibly" versus, having dependable Mexican food. Mexican it is!??

This place way over priced I picked up order for a customer which was 100 wings 3 guy employees was standing outside couldn't help with the door nor do they greet from time I walked in could barely walk inside there trucks was blocking the entrance I had to Find a small lil walking space to enter the restaurant and exit the one guy always slick talks when you go inside makes you feel uncomfortable seems to me they just care about the money from the neighborhood nothing else .

Been craving Harold's since I moved and I lucked out finding this gem! It's the nicest Harold's I've ever seen to. 1/2 white and fries just as delicious as I remember ?Banana pudding wasn't bad...just didn't have home made taste.

Very rude employees, very expensive prices and horrible food quality. This restaurant unfortunately is not consistent and more of a miss than a hit. The chicken is always old. Absolutely no customer service when you call in an order. When you go pick up your food, you can see the cook grabbing fries with his hands to serve people. He had on gloves, yes, but what do you need to serve fries with your hands for? I don’t even do that at home. My last visit will be my last time patronizing this establishment. I hope they close.

Horrible customer service, even worse food. Fries & gizzards were old & food tasted terrible. Literally a disgrace to the Harold’s restaurants! Wasted money because I couldn’t even force myself to eat this trash smh! Do NOT waste your money eating here.

I’m from dolton and when I moved to alsip I didn’t have a Harold’s close like I did in dolton until this one. I been going here since they open ! Chicken is very good ? very pleased but one thing. When I ask for extra sauce they say they gave it to u but they didn’t . They never give extra sauce like you ask. Please check your food before leaving or pulling off.! I go through this every time I order.

Yesterday I visited the location for the very first time. My goodness, it is the best Harold's chicken this side of town. They have a drive thru, and food is cooked to perfection. Did I say the wings are fried hard, with lemon pepper and mild sauce. I am officially addicted! I am headed back today...
