The staff at Intentional Nutrition is so friendly and welcoming! Every time I come in I’m greeted with a smile and a big “welcome back.” The protein shakes are delicious and always so pretty. There are so many flavors on the menu and I love that they have extra secret flavors to choose from too.
Been in Alsip for almost 8 years, my cousin found this place & brought me and my son here to try it out. I am not disappointed! I wanted to do a happy dance with every drink I tried! From a refresher to Bob marly to a salted caramel frappe & apple crisp oatmeal! So good must try!
