The last 3 times that I have ordered for delivery in the past few months, my order was either incorrect or missing items. First time, got regular rather than BBQ chips. No big deal. Didn’t bother calling. I know help is limited lately. A few weeks ago, missing ranch sauce ($1.50). Again, was not happy but let it go. Two days ago, placed an order. I hate to be THAT customer but I definitely found a fly or ant wrapped up in my sandwich last night. I was really disappointed because I really like jimmy johns. Probably wouldn't order online again.
