It’s Jimmy John’s, so the food is as good as it gets, but the experience overall was not good. Just overall very slow taking orders, when I finally got to the front, it seemed like the cashier didn’t know what he was doing.
Not only that, but I asked for no tomato and no onion which he acknowledged, but there was tomato and onion on the sandwich. Just asking that someone helps train these people.

My sandwich had 1 piece oh ham cut in half to make it seem like more. Ridiculous. Paying $10 for one slice of ham. I wish I could attach the photo but it doesn’t give me the option.

I used to love the Vito sandwich from JJ, however, my husband just surprised me with one and it was not good at all. The sandwich is smaller with less meat, felt like I bit into a bread sandwich. And my husband got a Gargantuan, it’s the size of a regular sandwich. And both sandwiches were tasteless, how can a sandwich with all Italian meats be tasteless? Not cool JJ, not cool. That’s the last $22.58 you’ll receive from us

This bad review is a long time coming. This store has gone downhill for the last two years. Every order has an issue. I called manager one time and he was so condescending and rude I ended up hanging up. There is always an item missing, I've finally had it, it's too expensive to be paying for things and not receiving them! I'm always way too nice and don't say anything, I'm done being nice. I totally blame the owner and the manager, horrible management, horrible service, I'll be calling Oak Lawn from now on!!

I went to pick up an order from a customer and asked one of the workers who was complete to tell me if and when I delivered it to the customer he told me that he was missing orders. Which I came back with the bill and a girl said no no no, I won't deliver anything anymore.

Horrible service!! The new definition of Freaky Fast is a turtle traveling through a dessert. Took 25 minutes to make one sandwich. Would have left but already paid. Never again. Go down the street to the one on 104th and Cicero if u want great service and quick service.
Do not waste your time going to this Jimmy John’s! Had multiple issues in the past (dry bread, old ingredients, super slow service). Just ordered delivery and waited over an hour called the store when answered immediately stated “Jimmy John’s hold”. Waited another 10 minutes to ask where my delivery was and stated sorry they were busy but she is not sure when they will come. Told her I had to be somewhere and she just kept saying I don’t know but the food is ready. So I asked her if the food has been ready for an hour and sitting out….could not provide answer. Terrible customer service

Tried to give this location a few chances but I’m done. Will go to the JJ in Oak Lawn from now on. It’s like the staff are required to take 9 Benadryl before they start their shift. Slowest workers AND when cars are lined up in the drive thru and a line of people inside half of them just walk away to take breaks.

Went in, ordered 3 sandwiches, waited 15 minutes. Cancelled my order. You would think the workers are the sloth dmv workers in zootopia. Sat in drivethru line for 5 minutes before going inside. Multiple people waiting for sandwiches visibly upset. Tried to call in an order and was told sandwiches wouldnt be ready for 30 minutes. This location in fact is “not freaky fast”
