Went in, ordered 3 sandwiches, waited 15 minutes. Cancelled my order. You would think the workers are the sloth dmv workers in zootopia. Sat in drivethru line for 5 minutes before going inside. Multiple people waiting for sandwiches visibly upset. Tried to call in an order and was told sandwiches wouldnt be ready for 30 minutes. This location in fact is “not freaky fast”

I love jimmy johns. Eat here prob once a week minimally. Fast and usually friendly but the group of kids they have in there now are jokes. No accountability, no customer service and no brains. I won’t ever be coming to this location again. Two hours to drive five minutes away after I call and say if your backed up I’ll pick up is ridiculous. I get times are rough, but if you’re not freaky fast, don’t advertise that way. No wonder you’re shortstaffed, when your management team sucks No one wants to work for you. Go to the Oaklawn location if you’re reading this they’re much better and their food is fresher.

Old dry hard Bread! $34 for 3 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips! And you give us old funky ass bread on a sloppy sandwich! If I didn’t have to get where I had to be I would’ve returned this crap! Do better ppl work to hard for their coins!

It's been on 3 different occasions where I ordered on the JJ App for deliver and I had to wait close to 1.5 hours for my food to arrive from the Alsip location. This last order, it been over an hour - app notification stuck saying order received. I called the store. all they said was give it a few more minutes since they send out the orders through a 3rd party delivery service. Which I understand but no ETA or any type of delivery status. The icing on the cake was when I contacted customer service on the JJ website, the person on the chat line told me the same thing "we use 3rd party service when its busy" no I'm sorry for the wait or we understand, POOR customer service at Alsip location and the corporate customer service. Do better JJ - I'm never ordering from this location again!

I ordered food. Waited an hour no food, called restaurants and they told me they were still waiting on a driver. ( but Jimmy John deliver so fast you'll freak) obviously not no more. So I went there and they told me they were out of bread. Jimmy John is a go place to eat. But I would not choose the Alsip location. Avoid at all cost Alsip this Jimmy John suck and can't be trusted

they did not know what was on the menu. They did not add cheese to any of the sandwiches. Definitely not freaky fast, they took a while to make it.
Also when i walked in one of the workers was just sitting at a table on his phone. then proceeded to run to the back go into the preptable. this was at 4:30 pm so, they need to be better
This has always been my local Jimmy John's. Never had a problem for years, until now. I'm not sure if it's under a new owner, now that the location has been moved to the corner/ has been renovated, but the staff they currently have is quite slow. Jimmy John's is known for fast service. None of the 4 sandwiches I ordered were labeled. I'm not a fan of having to open a sandwich that's not mine, and then swap/search for the right one. I ordered both a #7 and #9, while in the process of figuring out which one was which, I noticed both had no Provolone. Adding hot peppers to the #9 made it hard to differentiate (which would've been an obvious indicator of which one was which). I have been here 3x since the renovation, thus the review. I like to leave a review once I see that there's a repeated pattern to poor training.

I’ve been in the drive-thru for ten minutes for an online order that was placed a half an hour ago. There are three people inside and only one of them is making sandwiches, the other two are standing and walking around. This is so ugly. I get it if you’re training or something, but not on a Saturday night around dinner time.

I placed an order for delivery today. 50 minutes later no delivery. I called and the answer was" we didn't have a delivery driver so we didn't make your order". Online says orders received. No sorry , no we would try and get it to you. Unfortunately that will be my last Jimmy John's order. ( AND I AM A REWARDS MEMBER THAT ORDERS ALOT) NEVER AGAIN.

Employees aren’t familiar with their own menu. I paid $19.46 and I was handed a regular size sandwich. I handed it back and said this is a regular size sandwich. They went to the person making the sandwich to ask them, they came back and said it’s a giant - just cut in half. Again this was a regular size sandwich. This sandwich fitted in one bag. A GIANT does not fit in one bag. I was going to let it go, but I couldn’t, which is why I have to write this review. Unbelievable.
