Service was terrible, had to be waiting for 10 mins after making a reservation, then was seated to only wait another 10 Mins to be asked anything, never brought water utensils or chips, completely was ignored throughout the whole night, waited forever for the food we had to ask for it then the food was cold. I normally would never complain about service because i get it everybody get busy handling tables but this was the most worse experience i had at a restaurant. Never again

Overall, good service, friendly staff From everything that I ate, the Horchata was too watery not very flavorful. The rice and beans were perfect. The shredded chicken taco was Very good Along with the chips and salsa I’m a big El Pastor Fan And they had good flavor but was super dry Along with the steak tacos No limon and green salsa Prices doesn’t match Online

Food is mediocre, nothing to brag about. Ordered some dishes wasn’t blown away. Garlic fish plate-way to salty Camarones ala diabla- red sauce not spicy too watery taste like ketchup. Civiche de pescado- taste to fishy, didn’t look fresh. Camarones Zarrandiados- shrimp over cooked and flavor bland Had been there last year and food was fire not sure if they changed cooks. Micheladas were a 4 out 10.

I’ve been to Las Fuentes before and enjoyed the food, but yesterday’s visit was disappointing. I ordered the molcajete surtido with steak, and while the flavor was decent, the portion was noticeably smaller than previous visits — especially for the price. What really bothered me was that a 20% tip was added to the bill without my permission or notice. I always tip based on service, but it should be my choice, not automatically charged without asking. For two meals, the total ended up being much higher than expected, and the value just wasn’t there this time. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning again!!
