Don't order for pick up. It's always missing something. Today I ordered 2 steak sandwiches but got only one. Plus I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes but received without pancakes. They will charge you for the item they didn't give you. I just lost around $10 because of that. Make sure you got everything before leaving this place

Horrible faith, horrible service the rooted customer service you will ever have they charge you for the food they don’t give you a receipt for the food then they make you wait for hours even though it’s the fast food place ages extremely rude and I doubt people with that kind of attitude are cooking clean food definitely seems like it’s in need of new management. eventually ended up saying why don’t you go ahead and call corporate worst experience ever at a McDonald’s

I just have to shout out Michelle, the amazing manager at McDonald's in Alsip! Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. Michelle has this incredible energy that lights up the whole place. She's always got a smile on her face and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated. She’s not just serving food; she’s creating an experience. Michelle jokes around with everyone, bringing fun and positive vibes to the entire atmosphere. You can tell she genuinely cares about her team and the customers.
Whenever she’s working, I know I’m going to get top-notch service. She has a way of making even the busiest days feel lighthearted. I ordered a Mcflurry and all the girl said in a rude manner was "No ice cream". Not I'm sorry we don't have ice cream right now. The washroom smelled like feces.

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever gone to. Not once, not twice, but 25 TIMES my family has ordered basic cheeseburgers and hamburgers from here with extra onions and pickles. And every single time we've received them PLAIN. Not to mention there's times where we order soda and it's a mixture of sweet tea, coke and some kind of fruit juice when all we've ordered is coke. The staff have been friendly but the food sucks.
