I called to order a birthday cake for my daughter and I was hung up on twice. Horrible horrible customer service. I will never recommend Marcella's bakery to anybody.

Got the rosca de reyes trying to keep the traditions and I got a year ago one from a grocery store Bimbo and was no good but what to expect. Thought this one since is fresh made and in a real Mexican bakery will be better but not is very disappointing is dry and not flavor plus expensive $28 for the small one?!! lost a client

The new owner is really nice, sadly not as much variety as before and the bread goes fast. The cashiers are nice although they don't really greet you as you walk in. The bread still tastes really good! Highly recommended!

Ordered and paid for tamales to pick up on Saturday and forgot to pick them up. I went back and explained what happened and was told to pick them up the following Saturday .I ordered 6 chicken and 6 pork.I was going to bring them to my nieces party and she was really excited. I get there and the young lady working can't speak English and had to call someone who could speak English so I could explain to them that I was picking up the tamales I had ordered and then he says we only have jalapeno and some other flavors I didn't want and says he will refund my money. I DIDN'T WANT MY MONEY BACK I WANTED MY TAMALES .I will never go back there again. I saw in a another post they sold the customers tamales they ordered also.I think if you are serving the public you need to have someone in the front who can communicate with questions and answers without having to wait there as long as I did .I will go to El Cayotes I heard they sell great homemade tamales
This place is really unassuming but it is well worth a visit. Honestly the best conchas in the area. The other Mexican cakes are very tasty as well. The bolillos they make are also amazing. Good stuff!

Absolutely love this place. Reminds me of being back in Mexico visiting family. Very fresh pastries, cookies, flan, tamales, churros, you name it, they make it. Get here early not late like me today for the biggest selection!
