Sofie gave us a wonderfully warm welcome as soon as we walked in—always a great start. The food was delicious, the customer service was excellent, and breakfast was absolutely on point. Safe to say, we’ll be back (and happily so). Highly recommend.

I received amazing service during my visit. I came with my family of 4 for brunch/lunch. It was very busy, but we were sat and received lovely and quick service from our server Brook. She was nice, pleasant, and greeted us with a smile. Our drinks and appetizers arrived quickly. They were delicious and fresh. Main courses arrived pretty quickly considering how filled the restaurant was and how fast the employees were moving around. No surprise, the main courses were delicious as well. The manager came to check see if we were enjoying our food and our time. She was just as pleasant and considerate. Definitely recommend biscuits and gravy and the soup! Will be coming back soon

Last Tuesday, after my overnight shift, I stopped into Pappas and ordered a sausage and egg on wheat with hashbrowns...... and it was nothing short of AWESOME!!!! I can not WAIT to go back. Thank you Mrs. Sofe!!!

I went there alone but did not feel alienated. On the contrary, the waitress was absolutely on top of her game. She was the only waitstaff and you could tell she had it under control. The cook looked as though he opened the place and I had a feeling he was Pappa. The food was great, I had a chorizo omelet and was satisfied fully. Portions were good, the food was quick and fresh and the service was stellar. My coffee never ran out and my server had a great sense of humor and carried herself genuinely. I'll go back every time I return to the area now. Had no problems giving a 20 as a tip.

A family owned and operated business and a staple of alsip. For some reason..EVERYTHING is delicious. Soup is always on point and my kids say they have the best pop too.

Kids 12 and under have meals for 5.35 you just don’t see reasonable prices like this anymore.

I’ve been coming here since I was little they know me and my family. They always remember who you are. Sophie is the best server in Alsip and she deserves an award. This place is the best!
