I had an exceptional experience at the Russo family's small Italian business. The service was remarkable, and their personal and genuine approach truly stood out. The quality of their meats instantly transported me back to my nonna's homemade delicacies, evoking treasured memories. The dried sausage, sopresatta, and capicola were a nostalgic taste of home. Rob's generosity in giving us a tour of his establishment brought back a flood of memories of assisting my nonna in her kitchen, crafting the very products we purchased today. I will definitely be adding the fresh Sausages to my Sunday Sauce tomorrow. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Russo family for providing such a wonderful experience for my husband and I, and I am especially thankful to Anna and Rob for granting me a slice of cherished home that I've been longing for since I moved to this country.

was recommended by a friend to try their sausage so i bought 10 lbs and cooked on grille for summer party. MY god, the best sausage i ever ate, been back 5 times since and WILL always by their sausage, walk in and see the friendlness people,hats off to anna,frank,robert and frank jr for keeping up their familis tradition of great itialin food

Great sausages mild + hot .Good price. I visit before all holidays.GRILL.I brown sauage on my grill 5 lbs. Cut the links In to 6 section this prevents links to drying out . When the links get grill marks Remove them when they have nice brown colors.In the KitchenOn the stove fry onions mixed peppers green,red,yellow and oil. For 20 mins. Place peppers + sausages in slow cooker on low with cup of water so they steam and get soft and tender.I cut sausage in to 3 inch size before placing in crock pot with pepper's.Turn sausage every 15 min so they don't burn. Remove Crock Pot for guest to enjoy.Best cooking to all.
