I deliver for a living and this Sonic location is one of the worst I’ve been to. Delivery drivers are left waiting for 20–30 minutes even after the order is marked as ready. The staff is rude and unprofessional — no greeting, no eye contact, and they act like you’re bothering them just for doing your job. It’s very frustrating, especially when you’re on a schedule. Definitely needs better management and training.

The night crew was amazing! It was my first time at this location, and let me tell u they were busy but they were knocking the orders out! The manager who seems to be always there from what I’m told had a great attitude even though they were busy , she knocked it all out with a smile on her face!

My kiddos and hubby wanted sonic tonight. We went and placed an online order. We didn’t have to wait too long but service was good. My hubby loved the 1 foot hotdog lol. Over all we had a good experience.

This place was horrible. I ordered an ocean water and a dr pepper and they were half way full and the lady that was working was very rude when i wanted her to fill the cup up because i paid for it. she gave me the cup back after refilling it and shoved it rudely and spilled blue syrup all over my pants and all in vehicle.
