This place was horrible. I ordered an ocean water and a dr pepper and they were half way full and the lady that was working was very rude when i wanted her to fill the cup up because i paid for it. she gave me the cup back after refilling it and shoved it rudely and spilled blue syrup all over my pants and all in vehicle.

Dietary restrictions: The restaurant does carry alternate sides that does not include dairy products such as the tots, onion rings, and the soft pretzel twist!
Parking: Plenty to choose from. Over 15 spaces of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly as their is plenty of outdoor seating and appealing colors that help make the place vibrant and for kids to look at! I recommend a possible playground area so the kids can exercise those heavy calories off.

This is the rudest food place I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying a lot. We came in around 6pm and pulled into a drive-in spot. We pressed the button to order, and after waiting several minutes, the response was, “if you want to place an order go to the drive thru.” The way she said it was beyond rude. We go to the drive thru, and she rushed me to place an order. I asked for a corn dog and she immediately responded, “no corn dogs.” I didn’t even want to get anything at that point, but we did anyway. The food was subpar as usual, and the entire experience was just unbelievably rude. I didn’t get her name, but it was some chick with dreads that’s always there. I’d rather take the trip to Lockport than drive 5 minutes to this one.

I had issues here before but tonight I ordered some shakes and got ice cream instead I called and talked to Kayla she was very sweet and understanding. She replaced all of them and made them herself which made me feel assured it was right. Thank you Kayla.
