Worker completely ignored our request to add chicken. There was so little meet that you could barely see anything when the sandwich closed. False advertising.

The angry Indian manager there needs to go. I've been to this location twice in the evening, and the same man is always angry and yelling and making me feel uncomfortable. The first time he almost chased me and my girlfriend out of the store because he thought we stole a drink (he huffed after seeing our receipts) and the second time he's yelling at the worker giving me my sandwich in Hindi or something, giving me dirty looks but refusing to speak to me directly. He wanted me to prove my order by pulling it up on my phone, but again, he was only angry yelling at the cashier instead of addressing me like a normal human. Absolutely awful team member, I'll drive the extra 4 minutes down the road to the other location if I really have to get subway again after this.

My man on the grave shift is definitely your new spokesperson. He is the absolute best! Great in all aspects of his job. Hopefully he is getting top notch pay here I get subway 3 to 6 times a week because of this guy! Absolutely the greatest of all time ( Goat).

Veggies were kind of old, and no matter what protein you choose they give you very little of it i got a foot long roast beef sandwich and they gave me 3 thin slices of it be ready to eat a veggie sandwich no matter what you choose ??‍♂️ not coming back to this location

Prices high. Bathrooms are unacceptable awful. No one is cleaning. How is that for post covid. I took pictures of the bathroom. This is unacceptable. I am posting with the hope that this is addressed. No one was available to tell that the restroom was trapped out. Hubby says the men's room was just as bad. Seriously? Who does this?

My boyfriend went into this location to grab a pick up order using a coupon and not only did the chick hassle him for not having the physical coupon but a code (which you can use in the app and we do ALL THE TIME). She also made it a huge deal to “go to the back” to get hot cheetos like she was running a marathon when the place was empty. Then he finally gets out of the store and his sandwich is completely messed up.. no jalapeños or hanna peppers when we paid for extra. Say what you will but this location is worthless as far as coupons, service or food and your only bet getting a decent meal here is to go in and order yourself. There’s plenty of other subways who will make your food correctly and with basic hospitality.. i suggest one of those.

Ordered delivery for this location through the subway app and the delivery driver stole my food. I tried to call the store and they said I had to call doordash. I contacted doordash customer support and they said it was Subway’s responsibility. I physically went to the store and the manager lied to me multiple times saying there was nothing she could do. I didn’t even ask for a refund, I just wanted them to remake my sandwich…she refused. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. Terrible customer service.

This restaurant doesn’t accept two orders of buy one get one free footlong coupon. I ordered twice one for myself and one for my friend. They declined my 2nd order. Drove all the way here to just have my 2nd order cancelled. Wth?! Restaurant should just opt out of the coupon if they are not willing to accept it.
