This Taco Bell is by far the worst. Our family has a dairy allergy, so we very clearly mentioned each and every item we ordered that it needed to be without creme, cheese, or any sort of ranch. Only when our orders were passed back to us we saw that everything we asked to be removed was in our food. Creme, ranch, cheese, and all. Even though we specifically asked for it to be otherwise. In addition to this, the staff was rude.

The portion sizes are ridiculous for a 6 dollar burrito. They are always laughing and fooling around taking orders. It is a hit or miss with their customer service. You have to be specific about the sauce amount or they won’t put any in your bag. I’ve had missing items or food items cold so everyone check your bags before Leaving the drive thru.

I had the new chicken nuggs. They're ok. They are a little dry but tasty. Not as good as the Colonel. The bell sauce is really good.

The staff member working the drive thru tonight is so sweet. He goes above and beyond . This location is so lucky to have him.
We just ordered from this Taco Bell. They got our order wrong, so we called, drove all the way back to get replacements and and it was still wrong and when we told them that it was still wrong they told us it wasn't. We never had an issue with them before, this was unacceptable

I rarel eat TB but I had a gift card so I decided to grab lunch. I like the variety of the luxe box and it was worth it. The service was quick and she was courteous. My order was ready after payment was processed. To my surprise I was given the direct contact information if my order was incorrect. I was asked how many sauces I wanted and I was given more. Overall I was very satisfied with my TB experience.
