The portion sizes are ridiculous for a 6 dollar burrito. They are always laughing and fooling around taking orders. It is a hit or miss with their customer service. You have to be specific about the sauce amount or they won’t put any in your bag. I’ve had missing items or food items cold so everyone check your bags before
Leaving the drive thru.

I rarel eat TB but I had a gift card so I decided to grab lunch. I like the variety of the luxe box and it was worth it. The service was quick and she was courteous. My order was ready after payment was processed. To my surprise I was given the direct contact information if my order was incorrect. I was asked how many sauces I wanted and I was given more. Overall I was very satisfied with my TB experience.
