I don’t think they care what type of nuggets they give a customer. 3 different occasions I’ve order regular nuggets for my 7 year old to find half to them being spicy each time… obviously my kid can’t eat the food if it’s spicy so it’s a loss… sucks because we live near by and like Wendy’s just not this location.

Burgers tasted like a wet rag. Their equipment is obviously not cleaned well and they got my order wrong. My granddaughter opened her Wednesday meal with spicy nuggets not regular nuggets, she couldn't eat it.

I had placed an order around 1:40 AM and came 10 minutes later to pick it up. No one greeted me at the drive thru, so I pulled up to the window and I told the lady on staff I had placed a mobile order and she starts raising her voice at me saying they are closed, yet online and on the app it says close at 2 AM. It’s not go home at 2 AM.

I placed a mobile order for pick up at the drive thru they tell go to the window then when I get to the window they ask me what kind of sandwich did I order just to not make my sandwich the way I asked.

Cannot get fresh fries ever.
It was just a late night run on my bike, wanted to get a frosty it was decent.
Do not spend your money at this location. The only professional person who was on shift was about to get off shift and I’m only saying they were professional because they really actually tried to help find my receipt. Before myself, and other customers even received help, the manager started locking all the doors to the restaurant. Everybody else who ordered after me received their order before me and left. by the time I asked where my food was, they still did not have a receipt so asked me to repeat what I ordered by the time it was handed to me. It was ice cold still have tomatoes, and pickles on it, which was requested to be taken off and the wrong extra cheese was added to the sandwich
I waited around because I paid for extra cheese. I’m going to get the right one. They remade the sandwich with the right slice of cheese but now it did not have extra cheese. this was supposed to be treating myself instead. It was a big headache. Corporate or the health department needs to stop by this location. I wouldn’t even trust a positive review from this location after my experience today.

Was waiting in drive thru line behind a few other cars and when I finally got to the speaker the worker said that the drive thru is down to come inside. There was no paper signaling that to me or other customers that were waiting in line. Then when I came inside they took forever to even acknowledge the people who came inside. The wait was so bad I had people walk out. I had placed a mobile order so I couldn’t leave. If I didn’t have the mobile order I definitely would’ve walked out.

This store is terrible we ask for a fuego meal and the fries are supposed to be covered in powder and my fries have maybe a pinch of powder and they are plain.

manager was super unprofessional, she didn’t even know what was going on. i had to ask for missing items from my order like 5 times and when i did receive them they were wrong. that’s embarrassing for a grown woman that’s supposed to be running the shift…. all i know is this is getting disputed off my credit card.
Ivy is the best employee here. She is soo sweet and gives me fresh fires every time i come in! It’s close by work so i stop in often. Today when entering the business, there was a new manager just leaving for the day (around 1:30-1:45 on 6/12) who was BERATING ivy in front of customers. i’m not sure what she was saying as i caught the butt end of it but that was EXTREMELY unprofessional. She needs a training class on how to talk to her employees. Otherwise, this place is great!
I order my food and it was1:30am nobody would give me my stuff.
