We had to pull up and wait in the drive thru. The other customers wouldn't pull up to the window behind us, so we pulled around to help clear up the drive thru we had our trailer attached. It was over 15 minutes to wait for 4 value meals. Our fries were half filled and cold, the burgers were not put together very well, not up to regular Wendy's Standards in my opinion.

Horrible service. Woman with blonde hair did not care that the order was incorrect. I asked for a #2 sandwich, and she get me a hamburger. The sandwich did not come with ketchup. Although the wrap was covered with ketchup. The sandwich looked as if was returned prior. This is the 2nd attempt at ordering from location. I must say, it will be the last. The service at night is beyond unacceptable. Management should try to review it first hand as a customer. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!!!!!

Friendly managers and customers look happy inside.
I don’t think they care what type of nuggets they give a customer. 3 different occasions I’ve order regular nuggets for my 7 year old to find half to them being spicy each time… obviously my kid can’t eat the food if it’s spicy so it’s a loss… sucks because we live near by and like Wendy’s just not this location.

Burgers tasted like a wet rag. Their equipment is obviously not cleaned well and they got my order wrong. My granddaughter opened her Wednesday meal with spicy nuggets not regular nuggets, she couldn't eat it.

I had placed an order around 1:40 AM and came 10 minutes later to pick it up. No one greeted me at the drive thru, so I pulled up to the window and I told the lady on staff I had placed a mobile order and she starts raising her voice at me saying they are closed, yet online and on the app it says close at 2 AM. It’s not go home at 2 AM.
