Worst Wendy's in the history of Wendy's. If you're lucky, someone will take your order. Otherwise they'll just tell you to wait in the Drive-Thru Lane and you'll be there for 15 or 20 minutes even though there's no line. On the rare occasions they do decide to actually do their jobs, your French fries will be half empty, unsalted, and cold.

I was amazed at how well the staff handled an incorrect order. I thought I would be dealt with on a negative level when I had to bring my food back, but they were so professional, accommodating, and even made me laugh. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! I will be back!

I’m a devoted fan of McDonald’s breakfast, but I had no idea the kind of discovery awaiting me when I stepped into Wendy’s that morning. The place had a charming, old-school vibe, full of character and staffed by warm, friendly people. Little did I know, Wendy’s breakfast would soon become a staple for me. With my first bite of the biscuit sandwich, I tasted the rich, buttery layers of the biscuit, the perfectly cooked egg, and cheese that melted flawlessly into every bite. If you’re on the hunt for a great, quick breakfast, give Wendy’s a try—it’s truly worth it.
The quality of the food, service and store has gone down! The cheese was cold on my cheeseburger, or bread burger because I couldn't taste the meat, the medium fry was more like a small fry in a medium box and the carpet in the lobby was just gross. Customer service was lacking, but that's typical in today's fast food service.

October 6, 2024 Today I went to Wendy's. I have not been in Wendy's for many years. I decide to get a double cheeseburger and fries in soda. I was disappointed the burger was cold and ready cooked earlier. It did taste pretty nasty. I guess I won't be back the fry's in a soda

Went to this location on Monday September 23rd at 5pm. The service was absolutely terrible. Ordered 3 Junior bacon cheeseburger biggie bags. They had no ketchup, straws or napkins in the lobby. Everything was cold and the fries were stale. We had to ask for straws because none were out. Then asked for ketchup and the associate at the front was irritated that he was asked and threw the ketchup in the bag. This is the worst location I've ever been to. I highly recommend against going here.
