Food was good ordered one onion instead of fries with one of the combos. Got onion rings with both orders. The young man who waited on us didn't wait to see if our payment went through. Went back to talk to the other people working. The two young men that work there. One had glasses had no problem using profanity in front of the whole time we were there. Dinning room was dirty and trash cans were full. Very disappointed

I placed an online order for a crave case and I showed up about five minutes after it was supposed to be ready just to give them a little extra time in case it was busy. They didn’t start making them until after I had arrived. It wasn’t fun standing there waiting for them to make thirty burgers, but the food was good when I eventually got it.

I won't lie, I travelled around the world to live here and white castle is one of the reasons it was worth it. The staff were great and the food was tasty recommend everyday. Side not Australians missing home ask for ketchup and put it on the burgers and it tastes like a meat pie.

They are very slow. I asked the employee about my order, but he didn't answer me. Also, priority is given to drive-thru, and they don't give priority to those who have paid in cash, even if they both pay the same amount.
