While traveling to Branson, Mo., we stopped by for a quick take-out dinner. Using the drive-thru, our double cheeseburgers, fries and soda were processed quickly and efficiently. The food was standard McDonald's; nothing fancy, just decent comfort food, at a reasonable price. Sometimes, that's just what one wants.

I was complaining about certain things with the store and as I was complaining these two ladies started really being attentive and started to deep clean the store and were very prompt with service! It was 1030pm(lobby closes at 11pm) and they had the doors locked so I couldn’t get my mobile order because I had an RV so I couldn’t go through the drive thru. What’s going on McDonald’s? Why advertise that the lobby is open until 11pm but it wasn’t? Couldn’t get the order I already paid for. These places keep doing this.

Ordered a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder no cheese bo pickles extra ketchup did not get bacon on the sandwich. Also, Ordered a single Bacon Quarter Pounder with cheese no ketchup and add lettuce no bacon on that sandwich either. Didn't check my order before I left like I normally do made it home and realized had 2 sandwiches that didn't have bacon on them

Ordered a fish fillet sandwich. It was almost closing time. I had to pull up & wait just 2 mins., but my food was fresh & hot! That’s what i like! Place looked very updated & clean!! Nice Mcdonald’s! Classy!

The atmosphere was clean and friendly, service was top notch. We had ordered quite a few McChickens and asked for them to be dropped fresh. She did. Usually workers don’t. Brought the food out to us at the table as well. Extremely friendly.

Used the McDonald’s app to order food, went to pick it up, was told there was no order sent in, was able to find order number, then was told I didn’t pay for it, so they wanted me to pay for it again. Was able to show I paid for it, then had food and receipt hurled at me saying I got my food for free. I was still charged through the app, and the person working the counter was trying to double charge me. When I got the order home, the order wasn’t even right. So had a 40 minute mobile app issue, get the food home, and it’s still incorrect. DO NOT USE ALTAMONT MCDONALDS, unless you want to give away your money, or get wrong or missing items.
It's pretty much like all McDonald's. It's not great, but not bad either.

Received fully burnt black onions on a. Steak and cheese bagel, waited 34 minutes for food with multiple people receiving food before me, manager gets pissy throwing bags like a little child. I have gotten a burger before missing a bun.
