We ordered a lot of food. The food came out hot and fast.

Used the McDonald’s app to order food, went to pick it up, was told there was no order sent in, was able to find order number, then was told I didn’t pay for it, so they wanted me to pay for it again. Was able to show I paid for it, then had food and receipt hurled at me saying I got my food for free. I was still charged through the app, and the person working the counter was trying to double charge me. When I got the order home, the order wasn’t even right. So had a 40 minute mobile app issue, get the food home, and it’s still incorrect. DO NOT USE ALTAMONT MCDONALDS, unless you want to give away your money, or get wrong or missing items.

Received fully burnt black onions on a. Steak and cheese bagel, waited 34 minutes for food with multiple people receiving food before me, manager gets pissy throwing bags like a little child. I have gotten a burger before missing a bun.

The drive through was easy and fast. It's a good place to stop for lunch. The service was fast and coming off the interstate was easy to locate.

It is frustrating how often I have not been able to get a mocha at this McDonald's. This time they were cleaning the machine at 8:00 on a Saturday morning.

Every single time I come here it’s atleast a 20 minute wait even tho hardly anyone is ever there. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a hot and spicy mcchicken they said it needed to be made fresh and when we finally got our food they realized they messed up a McDouble to so they took that back and made a new one so by the time we got our food our fries and the chicken nuggets we had were cold from them just sitting those out in the bag for 20 minutes. I had to remind them about my drink as well. They forgot my drink last time so I wasn’t gonna let it happen again. I will never ever come to this store again.

The doors was closed during working hours, I got the most unpleasant experience it was rain outside, I walked from truck parking right besides, so it was closed and rain started, so I got all wet, stuff was not reacting on the fact of closed doors, even though it was people inside. Worst experience ever, never ever going to use McDonald’s after this
