My husband and I came in on a pretty busy day and didn’t expect the personal experience and super friendly staff we encountered while there. The owner was the absolute sweetest person! We had just ate before we came so didn’t try the food but the soup smelled amazing. We did 2 tasting flights and really loved everything we tried the star for me was the red sangria we had to take a bottle home. I had tried sangrias at every winery on the trail and that was by far the clear winner of the day and the only bottle of sangria I took home. I can’t wait to go back for another visit
If they would’ve had shaded spots on the deck or less loud live music it would’ve been great…the wine was tasty and so were the snacks!

My wife and I love the Shawnee, the Wine trail, and the Peachbarn is on our favorites list. The food is always great regardless of our choice and the atmosphere is chill. Always look forward to the music even when its something that may not be my normal listening.

This was the best winery I have ever been to. The women there are perfect and kind and welcoming. I also tried just about everything they had to offer and loved everything. If you have to go to any winery , go hereFood & drinks: The drinks were amazing

One of the few times where I actually overwhelming disagree with recent negative posts. The zone of Carbondale is the total dead center of this entire phenomena. Every business in the area now has to deal with a surge of a net positive 3000% business inflow. That number is beyond comprehension. Hate to say it but most things are not going to work or function as expected for like a 100 mile radius. They did the best with what they could do. Staff was kind and did their best to be accommodating that's a 5 star.

Spectacular place. The food was very good. Enjoyed the peach sangria and wine. I stayed Bitty House 2. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food. There was a large front screened in porch. A back porch that opened up to a field, and a gabeezo in the field. To one side was a Vinyard and a path to the barn/restaurant. To the other side was a fireplace and picnic table. On a clear night, I went out into the field to look up at a blanket stars. Something I've never experienced in the city. The hosts and staff were welcoming, calm and friendly. A hik8ng trail was 2 miles away. This is a great spot that I would recommend to anyone.

I would like to support small businesses and see them succeed, but their eclipse event was a big letdown and disappointment, especially because of the opportunity cost. I could have gone somewhere else to enjoy the day. I felt bad for everyone at the event who did not enjoy it. This review is meant to be constructive and critical.I paid $75 for generally food, live music, and parking; it was advertised as a buffet, but the food was cold, and some of the food ran out. They were not serving anything I had expected based on their regular menu; for example, they had Kraft mac and cheese and prepackaged pastries from Walmart or the like. I also wanted to enjoy charcuterie with wine, but none was offered. There was no live music due to an accident, but they never announced that. Nobody checked in with us or let us know. There were ticks, which I didn't expect, but didn't mind. I did not have any on myself but other guests did. I would have appreciated a heads up about ticks. The grounds were also muddy from rain the night before and I got mud all over my shoes and car.The atmosphere was just not festive as I had expected, mostly due to poor planning and some misfortune. I found myself wishing I had been somewhere else.
We attended the eclipse party. It was a day I’ll not forget, and a fine place to watch the eclipse. The Peachbarn setting is very pretty. The interior is comfortable and clean with a large bar and we never waited for our drinks. The food was tasty and plentiful. We enjoyed the wine, especially the sparkling rosé. We were lucky to spend a little time with Jenny and learn the story behind the Peachbarn. The owners are warm, gracious, and funny. We hope they and the Peachbarn thrive. For the people posting negative reviews, did you not read the constant articles about pricing for the eclipse? Low-end motels in the zone of totality without a view or food were charging many hundreds of dollars more than the Peachbarn, a local business run by lovely people. I don’t understand why you would take a day that was all about community and joy and ruin it for yourself by fixating on the food. I think you missed the whole point of the day.

It was highly overpriced for Solar Eclipse party. The advertised band never appeared. For five stars restaurant prices food quality was very poor. The place looks run down. Don’t recommend to anyone
Paid 80 for the eclipse event. Promised live music and that wasn’t a thing food was bad. Would not recommend. If they charged that much I expected a lot more. Not worth the money at all.
