I was in drive thru they got my order all wrong so go I side and they was rude and I still didn't get my order right , this was awful service and I am so disappointed I will tell everyone how bad it was .

I've never had a bad experience here that they didn't make right. I worked fast food when I was a kid, and I remember how unforgiving some people can be..... It's fast food.

GRRR-OSS! Ordered chkn sandwich meal w onion rings. Both soggy-slimy inside. Took forever to get food. No sweet tea, no strawberry lemonade, no straws, tables all dirty. Just all around disappointing & gross now.
I live in Anna, Illinois and our BK here is awesome. They crew is polite, conversational and work together fairly well. It's nice to walk in establishment and not only enjoy the great fresh food but employees make u feel like family. I wouldn't change a thing. Keep doing what ur doing cuz ur drawling in more and more customers ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
