I live in Anna, Illinois and our BK here is awesome. They crew is polite, conversational and work together fairly well. It's nice to walk in establishment and not only enjoy the great fresh food but employees make u feel like family. I wouldn't change a thing. Keep doing what ur doing cuz ur drawling in more and more customers ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Burger was cold, bun was burnt up so bad you couldn't eat it, it took forever in the drive through. My wife's was the same way.

Went on Saturday, 10/12/2025 to try the Addams family menu. Morticia's Kookie Shake was nothing special, but tremendously better than Wednesday's whopper. I think the bun they served it on was from last Wednesday. Bottom half was hard and stale, and the top wasn't much better. Overall, for $12.00, it was a huge disappointment.
Thank god you guys fired David. I worked there for a year and some change and David was a literal tyrant. You guys are getting closer and closer to actually being possible to work for. Now actually get corporate to do their job and take notice of things when they are reported. Good job guys
