I did an online order at 8:55pm. They close at 10 and they told me that they weren’t making any more chicken so I had to hit up kfc customer service to get my refund. They didn’t try to accommodate me with anything else they just told me what they weren’t going to do. I will not go back

The staff are dirty the tables are dirty the counters are dirty they are laying food on the counters then picking them up and serving people the same food . They are collecting cash and getting food with out changing gloves. Horrible attitudes. Just absolutely horrible.
A very piss poor of an establishment, kfc and taco bell should be embarrassed by this location it is a joke/nightmare.

I hit up this combo KFC-TBD several times this summer. Chicken orders have been hot and standard prep. Cole slaw cups are actually chilled, I think the flavor is great, great crunchy texture, not too much liquid or sauce.
I'm just thinking now if I will bother the great crew with a double order of KFC and TBELL. $$

I ordered four spicy potato tacos, one taco only had one little bitty potato on it. I paid $2 for that one little potato. I called the manager on duty and her comment was, "I'm on Taco Bell side and I know there was more than one potato." Why would I or anyone for that matter want to lie about a potato??!? Very rude, should not be in customer service at all.. girl at window was nice.. won't be going there again..

Just went through the drive thru & have never been treated so poorly. The girl working was so rude and hateful. We ordered sweet tea with our kids meal and not only did she try saying we didn’t order it, but was demanding the capri sun back that she supposedly put in it, which wasn’t in there. Then proceeded to be even more rude when realizing she didn’t even put it in there. She gave me the drink I ordered and told me to just take it as if she was doing me a favor. Would not recommend to others. Very unprofessional.
Awful service. At least 2 drinks needed refilling in the machine. Hubby ordered a 3 PC meal and only got 2 PC. I ordered tenders and got no dipping sauce. We also saw someone come in to get their order fixed right from the drive thru.I wouldn't bring my dog here to eat.

screwed up last order, called to tell them. said they will write name down to later replace meals. Well returned 2 weeks later to retrieve and was told there is no record of it and will not honor the order. I will not be returning to KFC in Anna, il. again.

The sign out front says hot wings ready now, ordered said it would be 15 minutes. Ordered tenders didnt have any ended up with an 8 pc chicken nuggets that should have been called popcorn chicken they were so small.
