Went to KFC in Anna Illinois for food and I was really pleased with the food as well as the service. It's a really great place to eat at. The people were friendly and respectful and the food was finger licking good. I will be back to eat soon

Molly is doing a great job on running the store . Allan the cook is Amazon on making sure his food is cooked the right way .Pagie is a great worker as well most of the ppl there are super friendly keep up the good work yall

This was BY FAR the worst experience we've ever had at a KFC restaurant. The wait was long, with few customers.. the chicken was as dry as the Sahara desert (strips and thighs).. the slaw was also dry (no juice in mine whatsoever).. The tea was empty. As well as the Dr Pepper..The soda lines were mixed up (diet Pepsi coming out of the regular Pepsi dispenser).. You could hear the employees talking about walking out.. and they were out of so many items. But.. I will say.. the manager seemed like she was doing her best with what she had. One of the employees didn't even know the difference between a breast or a thigh (a customer was given the wrong one and had to come back inside for the right thing and even had to show the employee which one was a thigh). Husband says we will never go back there.

I orded white chicken mashed potatoes gravy and Mac and cheese. They gave me a leg and thigh. It was so greasy it was everywhere on my hands. It's turning my stomach. I won't be eating there any time soon. Terrible food.

Went to the drive-thru after typical lunch rush and ordered a standard $7 box with no special preparation. Instructions- took 27 minutes with feedback except for sorry. Have a blessed day.

This is the third time I have been in there and they were out of chicken this month. The service was terrible and the excuses were even worse. We were standing there for a 8 piece meal and she told me they were out of chicken because she had just taken 2 phone orders. They bagged up over 20 pieces of chicken and put on a shelf instead of serving customers already standing there. This is the third time that has happened. Three strikes and you are out. I never plan on going back.

I did an online order at 8:55pm. They close at 10 and they told me that they weren’t making any more chicken so I had to hit up kfc customer service to get my refund. They didn’t try to accommodate me with anything else they just told me what they weren’t going to do. I will not go back

The staff are dirty the tables are dirty the counters are dirty they are laying food on the counters then picking them up and serving people the same food . They are collecting cash and getting food with out changing gloves. Horrible attitudes. Just absolutely horrible.
A very piss poor of an establishment, kfc and taco bell should be embarrassed by this location it is a joke/nightmare.
I hit up this combo KFC-TBD several times this summer. Chicken orders have been hot and standard prep. Cole slaw cups are actually chilled, I think the flavor is great, great crunchy texture, not too much liquid or sauce.
I'm just thinking now if I will bother the great crew with a double order of KFC and TBELL. $$

I had a BLAST hanging out at this tbell this week, My order was crafted to perfection via mobile app, and the crew behind the counter was kicking ass on that drive Thru line, and high-fives, and more courteous than is necessary, or preferred, by me. Shout to whoever the brave soul was who uploaded the the Bell DING audio file on the app. May it forever haunt your nightmares DING.
