I ordered four spicy potato tacos, one taco only had one little bitty potato on it. I paid $2 for that one little potato. I called the manager on duty and her comment was, "I'm on Taco Bell side and I know there was more than one potato." Why would I or anyone for that matter want to lie about a potato??!? Very rude, should not be in customer service at all.. girl at window was nice.. won't be going there again..

Just went through the drive thru & have never been treated so poorly. The girl working was so rude and hateful. We ordered sweet tea with our kids meal and not only did she try saying we didn’t order it, but was demanding the capri sun back that she supposedly put in it, which wasn’t in there. Then proceeded to be even more rude when realizing she didn’t even put it in there. She gave me the drink I ordered and told me to just take it as if she was doing me a favor. Would not recommend to others. Very unprofessional.

Awful service. At least 2 drinks needed refilling in the machine. Hubby ordered a 3 PC meal and only got 2 PC. I ordered tenders and got no dipping sauce. We also saw someone come in to get their order fixed right from the drive thru.I wouldn't bring my dog here to eat.

The sign out front says hot wings ready now, ordered said it would be 15 minutes. Ordered tenders didnt have any ended up with an 8 pc chicken nuggets that should have been called popcorn chicken they were so small.

I live in the area. I love KFC and Taco Bell. Stay away from here. Service is horrible. Food is mediocre at best. Servers are basically 1 penny from homeless mentally challenged people that stand around and vape instead of working.

Food's good, but never dine in. The tables and seats are sticky like they never clean them. Not only that, but there's always a pile of dead flies in the corners of the windows. The wait time is not great, even if you order one or two things. Besides, they always manage to mess up one thing or forget one thing.
Some of the employees acted as is they didn't want to work or be there. I get this weird feeling when I go in this place. I can't describe it. I don't know if it's a feeling of it might be dirty or what. Ordered a bucket of chicken I got a breast out of that bucket. It was okay. The mashed potatoes & slaw were delicious along with the biscuits. I could have those as my meal and be happy. I'm just not sure about the chicken. It was as if it was super done on the outside but inside was a different story. The employees seemed nice enough. They were or had been busy I think. But it was okay for a quick bite.

We ordered a 16 piece meal and a side Pot pie didn't get the pie Mac or cheese biscuit was hard as rocks called complained as refused any compensation for the money we paid having given the Megan girl ticket number over the phone she was very rude kfc owes me money foe charging me for Pot pie I will never be back spent 58$ there 2 days ago I will take my money somewhere else

Do not go to this KFC! First we had to repeat our order 3 times. Then he didn't have and $1 bills so he gave us $4.00 in quarters? Then the Mountain Dew was nasty. Come on people! It's not hard. You can do better.
