Ordered at the kiosk and waited at the counter for 10 minutes before someone came out and said they didn't have my order. I just left or id been waiting another 10 for them to make it. Reminded me why I stopped eating McDonald's.

Add to be expected. Service is impeccable, always willing to go the extra mile for your complete satisfaction. Curbside is always swift no matter the time of day.

Might have been an off night but it took almost 1hr to get our food, which we placed via the cashier. There was a lot of movement that night. First time we ate there mid-week for supper so may have been an off night.

I ordered two #9's PLAIN and two PLAIN double cheeseburgers. I got my first meal, not mine. It was everything but PLAIN cheeseburgers. It was enough food to feed at least 8 adults. The worker took it back and threw it away and tried again.
The manager comes to the window and says your gonna have to move forward. Second attempt, 30 mins later I got 6 burgers NONE were PLAIN and someones McChicken.
I went inside explained these arent PLAIN and you added a McChicken. The manager comes over and says just tell us how you want your order. Third attempt, Just 6 PLAIN cheeseburgers. He took the second order, threw it away.
Third attempt, employee comes to the counter with my order and an attitude- what we all hope is my order and says check this before you leave. Kinda like I was putting ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onion on them in the car. So I did, and in my bag I had 2 McChickens (didnt order), 4 single cheeseburgers not PLAIN, and one double cheeseburger not PLAIN and shorted one double cheeseburger. I stood there waiting for someone to come back to the counter, an emplyee said is there still something wrong? Yes, this isn't my order. She says well what did you order. As she takes these 7 sandwiches and throws them away.
Fourth attempt, I said I just want 2 #9's PLAIN and two double cheeseburgers PLAIN. She said, ok got it. She brought me my order. I got chicken wraps, McChickens, cheeseburgers not PLAIN. I said its ok, can I just get a refund? The manager came over and said so their wrong, I will just refund your money. He says while rolling his eyes, just keep the food. And walks off.
Really..... I have wasted an hour and your going to be rude. No thank you. The waste of food is unbelievable. I get it, you can't re-serve but how wasteful. You are better off to pass this McDonalds and eat anywhere else.

Came through verified mt mobile order to wait 20 minutes in line to tell me they cant find it.

I ordered on my mobile app then drove to pick up my order. I had two hungry kiddos and it was a long day. I get there and give them my drive thru code. They say they don’t see it and I’ll just have to reorder and pay again then I’ll be refunded eventually through the app. I asked if they could just double check and make sure they heard my code right. I was met with “I can take your order again and you can pay.” I told them never mind. I left because I really didn’t want to have to pay $20 again. I called when I got home to speak with a manager. They said there’s nothing they can do and I’ll just have to reorder. I didn’t feel like I was asking much… I just wanted the food I paid for. It was disappointing.

I would just have to reorder and be charged again then eventually I would get refunded from the first order. I had proof of my order and I really didn’t want to be recharged. So I just said never mind and I left. I called when I got home to talk to a manager and see if I could get it resolved since I had two hungry kids and got told the same thing- that I was pretty much out of luck and I could just reorder. I didn’t feel like I was asking much… just wanting the food I ordered without having to pay again. The customer service has went down hill unfortunately.

Food was as you can see in the picture embarrassing this is pathetic it seems like from my trip inside the management is too busy outside smoking and talking while employees stand around on their phones until they finally get to working and provide terrible service and this quality of food everytime don't eat here if you value your time or money or health.

The Service is bad and not fast. They always forget your food and when you try to get it they ignore you. This needs to be fixed

The store could use better training overall, some of the employees seem under trained. The order accuracy seems to be okay, if you get your order. While I was there a gentleman was complaining about waiting 45 minutes for his order. The store was fairly clean, and seems to be fairly maintained.

If you're using drive through, good luck. If you get any food (let alone your actual order) within 30 minutes - count yourself lucky.
