Im done i ordered a pan meatlovers with extra cheese, and a supreme hand tossed, and they got them mixed up Supreme was a Pan and it had the Extra Cheese also told them not to overcook cheese on meatlovers and they did so im done with pizza hut. For years it was my favorite but I don't think they care how you're order comes out.

You don’t see me because I stay home with my little man. You don’t hear from me because I’m rarely on my phone unless he’s doing his own thing. (Which is rare) I don’t go out. I don’t have many friends. Because people don’t understand him and judge him without knowing him. My entire world revolves around him. But I am his entire world. If I do go somewhere he’s attached to my hip. No one watches him for me. I don’t have girl dates. If he can’t come I don’t go. And I won’t take him where he’s gonna be mistreated or judged for being himself. So I wanna give a shout out to Pizza Hut in Anna bc they never judge him. Even when other people are in there he’s allowed to be himself. Even if that self that day is a hot mess full of melt downs. They welcome us with open arms like we are part of their family and the boss Mike is simply wonderful. The food is always on point even tho my little dude doesn’t eat it they still give him a plate for us to try.

I ordered a personal pan thin crust beef taco pizza cooked with cheddar cheese. My order was delivered but the pizza had absolutely no toppings on it. So I called back, apologies they would have my order out in 20 minutes. An hour later still no pizza I called back. Apologies again said out would be 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I get a small deep dish pizza cooked with mozzarella cheese that I specifically asked for cheddar. Called to talk to a manager was left on hold for 20 minutes. Called from my husband’s phone and the call was disconnected three times. Manager never picked up and I’m supposed to just take what they give me. Really crappy manager material and customer service. I paid $18 dollars and tipped the driver $7. Wish I knew who the owner was. Will not order again and do not recommend this establishment to anyone. And to think I was calling to Thank them.

I know it’s auto generated but don’t send me an email saying my food will be done in 15 min at this time if it’s not gonna be done for 37 minutes and I have to just sit there for 22 and now have no time to even eat on my lunch break and I’m getting back late
Pizza is ever too much grease it doesn't even have grease at all the breadsticks are very good please work better on your pizzas

My daughter and I wanted something better for us than fast food. We saw this Pizza Hut and decided to give it a try. We were surprised there wasn’t very many people inside, but it smelled amazing. They had new menus with all these options, not just pizza anymore. We both had eyes bigger than our stomachs. I got a Zesty Italian side salad, it was huge! And so good. We got Honey BBQ wings, roasted garlic cheese sticks (yummm), and my daughter got a personal pan pizza with her choice of toppings. We also got cinnamon sticks to go. As my daughter said, that was enough food to feed four! Rosanna was kind and helpful, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was great! This place is seriously underrated!!!
