The speakers are always broken, some you can't pay with a card some you can. The wait has gotten ridiculous and they cannot hear you on the speakers. I placed an order and it was wrong twice after the second time of asking I just left with what I had. I should add i tried to order off the app to avoid the issues and it was down so that was the beginning of this transaction.

Ordered a Hot Fudge Oreo Shake. This is what I got. I pushed the button and told them that there didn’t look to be very much hot fudge or Oreo in my large shake. They said that that wasn’t true that they just made it I told them that it looked nothing like the photo. They proceeded to argue with me so I requested a refund. I sat and waited 10+ mins and pushed the button again. They came on again and I said I am checking on my refund and they proceeded to say that I would have to wait. I told them I had been waiting. Made me wait another 5+ mins. I hit the button again and they finally came out with my refund as I handed her the shake back she said they had to take everything back including the ice water that I paid for. So after spending 30+ minutes. I couldn’t even get a water or an apology. Worst customer service experience.
Stopped to get shakes after picking up kids from the train station. Everything was great!
