I've been to Sonic in Anna twice this week. I got the Loaded queso fries both times and that's all. 1st time was about 9am fries had to be from the day before hard as a rock and cold NO cheese. 2nd time today ordered the same thing they were soaked n grease so soggy again NO cheese Disgusting!!! I didn't have time to go back. Do better Sonic!!!

Editing my post, since service has dropped so low. Ignoring customers. Employees parking in the stalls, employees spitting on customers, or having make out sessions on the clock while customers are waiting for the food they have paid for. The food is well prepared, the service is always prompt. I have yet to have an order prepared wrong. The staff is always smiling, even when they are every stall full busy.

Burger looks like someone took a bite out of it, bun falling apart, the carhop literally took their time waddling over to us with a pissed off look and was rude handing the bag over, and I asked for signature sauce through the app yet got a bag filled with ketchup and no signature sauce, thats not really a big deal though compared to the rest lmao.
