This place is a joke. The staff are rude. They are not good with customer service and they are always out of stuff or not serving something and they dont tell you until you have standed there for 10 mins that they dont have it. Several workers were standing around while I waited several minutes for an order that should have already been almost ready.

We ordered two deluxe boxes and the taco shells were all broken. We didn't get any sauces or napkins. Also ordered a mango peach drink and the drink was very nasty. I could not drink at all.

The lady at the window was very rude she didn't say anything kind to me she just gave me the bags after I waited for 30 mins in the line no I am sorry no have nice day nothing I will never go there again and I will post on Facebook about it .

I’m not even from Anna, I come to visit family. Every time I stop by to get food, hoping that it isn’t the same thing over and over again I’m never leaving disappointed to know “I’m always right”. Their service is so slow! Always something! Either wrong meal, out of something, but above all else not reliable at all. I’d say do better, but after reading the comments it is what it is.

I love taco bell so much so this is really disheartening. I've tried going here multiple times all at different times of the day and every single time it is something. Either their grill isn't working or their machines are down or the drive through isn't working it's always something with this place. The workers always seem like they do not care and are never helpful either. I love taco bell, I hate this specific taco bell.

Everytime we come here they’re either out of chicken, their grill isn’t working, or something else is up. We ordered combos that came with large and after paying we were told they’re out of large cups so we were getting mediums. Well- we paid for large so it would’ve been nice to know that before hand. It also normally takes 20 minutes or more to receive our order and we’re either the only ones here or there’s one other car behind us. The people working are always very nice which I appreciate and our order is always correct. But if you’re expecting consistency and reliability I would just skip it.

Today I went inside to grab lunch, I just wanted a single taco. Myself, along with 7-8 others stood at the counter for over 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. A lady who had went through the drive thru came in with her food and basically walked into the kitchen, yelling they had given her the wrong food. They said they didn’t have what she wanted available and she began yelling and cussing at the worker. She finally settled for something different. After 20 mins of waiting, (and zero food was given to any of the waiting customers), I had to leave because my lunch break was almost over. If you don’t have food, why be open!?!? It’s Sunday at noontime.
When I went after work last week, I had did an online order to avoid the wait. I placed the order 45 minutes before I was due to pick up. When I got there they said they didn’t have any order for me , even though I had paid and had the order confirmation on my phone. The girl gave me attitude and asked what I wanted. I chose the Tuesday $10 6 piece bucket. I waited about 10 minutes, got my bucket and left. When I got home, the chicken was raw, like the meat was pink and the breading was so undercooked I had flour on my hands.
You need to get adequate help and train your staff how to treat customers, and cook properly. Two big thumbs down to Anna KFC!!!

This place is a train wreck. The Taco Bell order finally showed up after all of the KFC people in our party were done eating. The order was incorrect, chips were spilled in the bottom of the bag, and one of the hard shell tacos was broken. The staff didn't seem to care, and they told us that they needed to take care of the drive through customers first. They delivered part of that order to the wrong table, and we had to get up and get it after the other customers told us that they had our order. We also saw another customer walk out because no one ever came to the counter to wait on him. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Don Sol, or any other restaurant in town. This place needs to be taken over, or shut down.

The service was absolutely terrible. I was the only person in line and it took 10 minutes to even get my order taken just for it to be wrong and to be luke-warm! The GM is beyond rude and I witnessed her get extremely passive at a costumer who wanted her money back because she had been waiting for 20 minutes if not longer and we still got our food first. I'd want my money back too! We got our food within seconds of sitting down and this poor lady has been waiting for upward of 20 minutes. That's crazy! You can't be mad at someone else because you have failed to properly do your job. Everyone was just standing around or moving as slow as they could and let us stand there for another 4 minutes just to ask for sauce as the staff just looked at us as if it wasn't there job to help the costumer. Absolutely pitiful work
