Blocked my review on FB so they where set up at gorville freedom fest 7/4/25 my step daughter and her friend where waiting in line for 45 minutes being cut in line several times finally get to the order window and they where out of what they had wanted that's to be expected with as many people that where they so they was trying to decide what they wanted and they had called my wife to tell her what they were out of and to see what she wanted just to be told to get out of the line like they waited 45 minutes couldn't wait like 20 seconds to find out and then block my review on FB and delete my comments so people can't see the review well they won't get mine or my family business and if anyone ask about taco Jim's il be sure to tell them my review! Fired from your food trailer good way to many more with good food and customer service so id be glad to go elsewhere and by the way don't drink and I'm up every day by 5:45 am by the way and oh I'm sure I'm not the only one I know I'm not the only one on here either read your reviews.

I had the pleasure of trying Taco Jim’s for the first time at Big Muddy Monster Brew Fest!! The nachos were some of the best I’ve ever had and the little cheesecake cups were so good! If you see this truck, go get some!! You won’t regret it!! ❤️✌️

I'll admit, when I ordered from a taco truck in Southern IL I wasn't expecting to be blown away by the food. I was wrong.
I had the birria beef quesadilla and street corn. It was the best dang birria I've had in a long time. It was like being punched in the mouth with flavor. The spice level is just right for me as well - a little bit of heat, but not enough to be overpowering. The shells were perfectly done and I swear I could drink the birria sauce. The street corn has an unexpected amount of flavor and texture, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Price wasn't bad, either.
My fiance had the birria chicken tacos and rice. I only tried a bite of each, but both were every bit as amazing. I can't believe this guy is self-taught and is putting out this kind of food!
If they catered, I'd have Taco Jim's do my wedding, it was that good. 10/10, can't wait to come back.

The best Quesa - Birria Tacos I’ve had. I waited all week to have it ad my last meal at Apple Festival and it killed. Deep flavors and with the perfect amount of heat in the dipping sauce. The best taco truck I’ve ever had!
