Food has downgraded and you get less for what your charged .attitudes of workers these days is horrible they just don't wanna work and it's not rh employers fault

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff member working at the time was extremely rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers. There was loud noise from the machines behind her, which made communication difficult, and instead of trying to work around it, she was dismissive and arrogant.

I ordered chicken nachos, and they were burnt (see attached photo), which completely ruined the meal. It felt like she didn’t care about the quality of the food or the customer experience. Based on her attitude and behavior, it honestly seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all.

Subway is a well-known brand, and it’s frustrating when employees don’t uphold basic customer service standards. My suggestion is to ensure staff are trained properly and that those who clearly don’t want to be in customer-facing roles are reassigned or let go. Customers should feel welcomed and respected — not ignored or mistreated.

First time eating at this location, and I ordered on line. It was easy to use the online menu app. Tell you when your order will be ready. You get to earn points towards other purchases. Food was Great. The store looked clean and organized. Great service all together.

Jennifer is the one who makes this subway worth stopping for! She’s been my sandwich artist twice now truly makes it an art form, everything is so carefully placed and spaced that it feels like you’re about to eat something gourmet. You can tell she’s worked fancier food jobs than this one by her rapport and bangin’ service, Subway is lucky to have her and so is every person she serves. She even remembered me and my friend from the last time we ate here over a month before. The woman is a sandwich saint. 13/10 if she’s working, I’m not one to review fast food most of the time but she keeps me coming back ♥️
