Plenty of parking available around the building as well.Will be going here whenever I'm in the area. We'll worth your time to get lunch and breakfast here!

Wow what an unexpected gem in town. I’m in nearby Arthur for work and wanted to check out Arcola too. I got a grilled cheese and a “purple rider” smoothie, named after the high school here. The prices were extremely affordable, staff was very polite and welcoming, and everything was clean and cute and operational.

Everything about this place is more than you could ask for in coffee shop in this size of town. The atmosphere is cozy and there is plenty of seating both private and open. The staff here works well as a team and is friendly. The owner took time out of his day to sit and chat with us, something that I would not have expected. The drink menu is smaller than most larger chains, but I found it more flavorful and less sugary. Would highly recommend if stopping by if your in the area!

Broomtown is a charming small town cafe in an old renovated bank in downtown Arcola. I met my mom and sister there for lunch. (My mom likes to do her bulk grocery shopping in the Amish-focused food stores in the area.) All of us had different sandwiches which we all thought were very good, including the BLT wrap, the buffalo chicken sandwich, and the southwestern chicken sandwich.Parking: Angle-in parking on the nearby city streets.
We were driving through Illinois and desperate for lunch and coffee. As we looked for a coffee shop with good food this place appeared on Yelp. We were excited to find a place that looked so cute in such a small town. We were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and fast. The food and lattes were delicious. There is even a lovely space in the loft with tables, a couch, kid toys and games. I wish I got a picture of our food, but we were so hungry we dug right in before getting a pic.

Wonderful little hole in the wall cafe. the vibe was unmatched, and the food was even better. A nice simple menu but you cannot pick wrong!! A must go for sure!!
My Wife and I are new to town and just now visited this lovely corner cafe. This was definitely worth the stop and dine. I had the southwest grilled wrap with a Chai Tea ?. AMAZING!! My Wife Had The Grilled Cheese, Unfortunately She Finished It Before I Took Out My Phone ??. Great Job Broomtown Cafe!! ❤️

Stopped in for a couple coffees and are we glad we did. I had a pumpkin vanilla latte with pumpkin cold foam and my date had maple cinnamon chai, both were exceptional. And the ambiance of this place rocks old school small town love it!

Whatta Gem! When gassing up the car along the I-57 stop into the quaint town of Arcola. Go to the fascinating Depot Museum & then Broomtown Cafe. The food & pastries are homemade & delicious. The beverages are too pretty to drink and excellent! Happy we stopped to stretch our legs here!
