The fries smelled like pee to all of us, had to throw them away cause I started to gag as soon as I was about to take a bite. I thought I was crazy so I asked the others to smell it too

We LOVE the Arcola Dairy Queen. The food is always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the staff is amazing too. They are always friendly and the food is pretty quick to come out. Highly recommend!

We had just gone through the drive through - ordered two bbq chicken baskets and a backyard burger (no bacon). We get home (about 15 miles away) and realize that our bbq chicken strips were plain and the onion rings on the burger were like rubber. Very disappointed. Normally we have a good experience. This was not.

I recently visited the Dairy Queen in Arcola and had a great experience. The food was delicious and exactly what you'd expect from Dairy Queen—crispy fries, juicy burgers, and of course, their signature Blizzards. The soft serve was creamy and perfectly served.

What really stood out was the environment. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that made it a pleasant place to dine. The staff were friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. Every time I come here, the staff is always rude and act like they don't want to work. I just dont understand why the staff treats everyone so horribly. DO NOT COME HERE. The food is also old and barley edible. They just really need to do better!!

This place is just outrageous. We had ordered 2 cookie dough blizzards but one was small and the other medium. Originally, the lady at the window said 2 mediums so we had to correct her and say one was a small. When we got to the window, she had threw the change in my hand after I paid and closed the window. It took about 45 minutes for our blizzards to come out because there were 2 workers but only one of them was actually working. We got our blizzards but both were small,melted and had barely any cookie dough.
