I've had way better McDonald's food than I had today in Arcola. The bun was not fresh and the fries had been sitting around for some time.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Twice now I’ve had to pay twice for my food because the app didn’t register my code. The wait is always ten minutes and the staff have the iq of the hamburglar

I sat in the curbside spot for 20 minutes before my boyfriend had to go inside and bring it out anyway. This happens regularly. Even though I checked in the minute I parked. They even had the nerve to ask if I was sure I checked in. Seems like they need more employees and someone who knows how curbside works.

This place is pathetic! I asked for fresh nuggets and we went inside. Big Mac was cold, fries were cold and yes, nuggets were cold. They we're not busy and everyone just standing around doing nothing. I mean, how hard is it? Monkeys can do this work 🙄🤦♂️
By the strictest definition of the term I did receive cheeseburgers. But why was the bun rubbery? Is there a pickle shortage? Onions must be hard to come by in this economy. Service was quick but I can't rate it well when the most basic food item was done this badly.

As a traveler, the men’s bathroom was disgusting. I ordered a double cheeseburger and large fries. The burger had only 2 buns and 2 meat. Literally. No cheese, ketchup, onion, pickles… The fries were served cold even cooked and not even seasoned. Absolute the worst McDonald’s. I do not recommend stopping here if you travel on the road since there will be no turning back. Unbelievable.
