Not enough staff; waited in line for 10 min to get a cheeseburger and some chicken nuggets. There were only 3 cars in the drivethru and no customers inside. Felt that they were just killing the chickens when we were ordering.

I understand that there are times when staffing might be shorthanded, but if that's the cause of why it takes 20 minutes to get a happy meal in the drive-thru, then you should at least apologize for the long wait and show some decent customer service. Instead, I received snide, sarcastic comments from the staff that I could easily hear through the window. I was not mean or rude. I just simply asked if they were short-staffed so I could understand why it took an average of 5 minutes for every customer in front of me to get their food. And on top of the wait, I was presented with the wrong food when I finally did get to the window. This McDonalds location on Arcola, IL has a bad reputation of long wait times and incorrect food. With my experience today, it was very clear that the management does not care about their reputation or the way their staff treats their customers. Stressed or not, there is a way to act in front of customers. This was not a good example. Do better.

Takes about a half hour to get lunch brought out to curb side last 2 times even when ordering ahead on app. Fish fryer has been broken over a month. Was told by an employee it hasn’t been fixed because it’s $800. You’d think that a fast food place would get that fixed immediately. They never have pies cooked unless you want apple. About half my orders are missing food.

We were appalled that the cooks with long hair beards no hair coverings. No gloves. New emoyee had no one assisting her at cash register. Our food sat in the bin and I finally asked an employee to check on our order. No other customers waiting??? All around bad bad! 😔
Super clean, pretty fast, cool atmosphere, clean and functional bathroom. One of the better McDonald's locations I've been to for sure. There are lots of parking spaces but some are a little longer walk to the restaurant. The building has two businesses so just keep walking and you'll make it to McDonald's. They have a really nice sidewalk situation that leads to the front if you park in the back (in the shade).

Ordered the new chicken sandwich with the gold sauce and I got a snack wrap!! This is the 3rd time!! I wasn't even offered to replace it!! Last time I go there!!!!
